"Thomas, we're leaving, it's getting dark." Flux finally puts his rifle away. "You're lucky today, but don't you dare stick your nose into the hostel for even a second." He turns and begins to quickly disappear around the corner. Thomas hurries after him, asking something very emotionally, but it's too late to try to make anything out now.
Saps follows them both with his gaze, lingering a little longer on Flux's back. Something was clearly wrong. He'd realized it long ago, and now all that was left was to confirm his suspicions.
