Summary
Without Dinah, Coil decides on more subtle methods to continue his takeover of Brockton Bay. Taylor has realised that betraying her team was never going to happen and commits herself to the Undersiders in full.
While the Undersiders attempt to establish themselves as a power in the Bay, Taylor is tasked by her newly revealed boss to infiltrate the PRT. As her reputation grows in the city, Taylor struggles to still do good with the hand she’s been dealt.
