We open on the balcony of Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated as Perry the Platypus and Doctor Doofenshmirtz are locked in battle; nearby sits an Inator adorned with a large pink bow, the control panel of which Doof is thrown against.
“See Perry the Platypus? I told you I was able to massively decrease the misfire chances on my Inators” Doof says as he notes the lack of a beam coming out of the Inator before being punched in the jaw by Perry.
However, before their battle can continue, they are interrupted by the sight of a large hover-platform rising up to the balcony, carrying a suspiciously Inator-like device.
Perry lets out a confused chatter to which Doof responds “no I didn’t build that”
Perry chatters again before Doof continues “yes it may look like an Inator but any true evil scientist would know that that’s an Inizor, which would be totally off-brand for me”
“But not for me” an ominously goofy voice says before emerging from the shadow of the Inizor, revealing his grey epaulettes, bald head, and good posture
“Rodney!” Doof sneers, disgusted at the sight of his former rival
“That’s Aloyse Everheart Elizabeth Otto Wolfgang Hypatia Gunther Galen Gary Cooper von Roddenstein to you Heinz” Rodney retorts
“I thought you got arrested, shouldn’t you still be in jail?”
“I escaped, thank you very much, and now Heinz, I shall enact my ultimate revenge; behold, the Baby-Inizor” a dramatic music sting with no discernible source plays as Rodney gestures to his Baby-Inizor “You see Heinz, it all started as I was being dragged off by those OWCA brats and I thought to myself, Heinz is such a baby for thinking my plan was too evil”
“I am not a baby” Heinz interrupts “the rest of LOVEMUFFIN agreed that sending the earth into a second ice age was way too far”
“Heinz, you know it’s rude to interrupt an evil scientist when they're monologuing. But that’s exactly my point, when I found out that my LOVEMUFFIN membership had been revoked for ‘being too evil’ all I could think was, what a bunch of babies; so I made the Baby-Inizor to turn you, and all of LOVEMUFFIN into babies all at once”
“That would be ironic if anyone other than you believed that we’re being babies, I’m not being a baby right Perry the Platypus?” Heinz turns to Perry who gives a nod “See? Even Perry the Platypus agrees with me; if anything you’re the baby Rodney”
“Details details, you’re always so focused on the intricacies of your plans to see the bigger picture Heinz; you’re unable to see the true potential of evil science” Rodney messes with some dials on the Baby-Inizor before continuing “but it’s not like you’ll be able to think about that when you’re not even able to walk!” Rodney types “LOVEMUFFIN” into the Baby-Inizor and hits the enter key, causing a green wave to emit from the Baby-Inizor; as the wave hits Doof, he convulses and lets out a scream of pain before transforming into a baby.
Perry recoils at the sight before turning to face Rodney, ready for battle
“Don’t think I forgot about you Agent P, you and all the other animal agents at OWCA will soon find out what my Baby-Inizor can do” Rodney types in “Animal Agents of OWCA” on his keyboard, sending out another green wave that this time causes Perry to writhe on the ground, however, just before Perry turns, he manages to hit a button on his wrist communicator.
Rodney laughs maniacally as Perry is also transformed into a baby, unnoticed by Rodney though is Perry’s wrist communicator now displays a red screen reading “DISTRESS SIGNAL”
