Foundational Pressures: Expendable Salvation.

Summary:

Basically mine and my partner's very chaotic pressure Au: Foundational Pressures.

Notes:

I'm horrible at writing bullshit so I'll get to this when I get motivated enough to

I have a terrible post schedule, you should know this if you've seen Ultrakill: Fallen Grace already, I'll be fixing the first chapter within Ultrakill: FG at some point I promise :>

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

How many more times will I suffer through this hell..
Chattering filled his ears as EXR-P_000 arrived back at the docking station again.
Voices fell silent at his arrival, many staring and backing away from fear and/or intimidation.

000 walked past everyone to get to another submarine, he didn't care about taking breaks between each "escape" anymore. Besides, he is the first Expendable within this program afterall...

The intercom blared loudly, startling a few of the newcomers.

{EXR-P_000 report to your Guardsman immediately.}

He sighed heavily as he walked away from the submarines. "What the fuck do they want now? I don't have time for this."

"X, please cooperate with me this time."
"What do I get out of this bullshit?"
"I don't know. Just trust me on this okay?"
"Fine."

Jasper, 000's "caretaker" managed to take him to his "room" -more so cell then an actual room- for some talking, thankfully without too much violence.

"What is it that you want."
He said, clearly annoyed.

"I want you to try going with one of the newcome-"

"Shut. Nope. No. I am NOT training a newbie. And I won't go with them period."

Jasper sighed softly before continuing after 000 cut her off.

"C'mon X.. He can help you! Besides, he did go on a few runs before I offered him to go with a partner." "No. I'm not going with a newbie. Nothing can change my mind."

"..."

It was a silent ride to the Blacksite, 000 nor the newcomer didn't wish to speak to eachother until they arrived.

The newcomer, EXR-P_279, exited first. 000 can clearly tell how fearful 279 was from his shaky movements and trembling hands.

000 would sigh, picking up his Deep Sea Bunny -whom he named C-4- and grabbing his several SPR-INTs and medkit from the crate Sebastian left at the entrance.

279 had already grabbed the key card by this point, shakily putting it within the card reader. And as soon as the door opened, 000 ran in, stabbing his forearm with one of his 4 SPR-INTs and leaving 279 behind.

000 could hear a panicked squeak from 279 as he tried to hurry after them.

"H-hey! Wait up!!"

Notes:

Finally finished the first chapter just as the pressure and grace drama 💔
I swear, all of the good games get nuked whenever I try to write stuff

Welp, I'll write chapter two and maybe three before leaving this on a hiatus due to the drama.
