Gwen has a fatigue flare-up.

"Hey" Ernesto said softly, stroking the side of Gwen's tired face. "Fatigue?"
A small nod is all she could manage. She felt pathetic.
Ernesto didn't see it that way, though. No, instead he leaned forward and kissed her on the forehead.
"I'm here for you" he said softly. Gwen managed a small smile.
"Thanks"
