   Single mom Kyrie briefly meets Chris during a rough time in her life. When they meet again months later, Kyrie is dealing with the pain of loss and Chris can’t help but want to heal her.

   Unable to stop himself, Chris picked his phone back up and swiped it on. He went to Instagram… to the Christopher’s Haven account… to the photos from the gala. He’d already looked at them a few times. One of the photos was of the string quartet while they were performing.

   His eyes kept being drawn to Kyrie. Her face was in profile, her viola tucked under her chin, eyes closed in concentration. He zoomed in on the photo, noticing the way her dark lashes curled and the hint of a dimple in her cheek, the plump curve of her lower lip and the elegant arch of her neck.
