    Subject: Severus Snape
    Objective 1: Apologize.
    Objective 2: Understand.
    Methods: Observation and Analysis

Past Findings: Severus Snape is intelligent, cold, easily irritated, and sharp-tongued. He finds humor only in insults, others’ failure, and Remus Lupin. Doesn’t smile but smirks. Eyes do not reveal true emotion or intention. Subject will never speak to Sirius Black again.

Observation 1: The subject appears to be good to and for Remus. Subject listens to long explanations and does not interrupt.

Note: The subject interrupts every other student... especially when he finds the student to be an imbecile.

    Conclusion: Subject respects Remus.

Addendum: Subject still does not smile with Remus.
