Nicholas is a freelance film editor who works only at night. He’s cynical, observant, and hides his feelings behind a lens.
Euijoo is a contemporary dancer recovering from a persistent ankle injury. He’s the ‘light’ that’s currently dimming, staying at Nicholas’s apartment while he figures out his next move.
Nicholas has loved Euijoo for years, but Euijoo is stuck in a cycle of eternal grief—mourning his career and perhaps a past version of himself. Nicholas wants to comfort him, but he knows that if he crosses the line, he might lose the only person who makes the shadows bearable.
