Summary
Phainon’s heat saw him bedridden, his fever burning high enough to be concerning. Be it from the sickness or the isolation, he often found himself feeling more vulnerable and insecure. To make matters worse, the days leading up to it were tainted by a headache and a sense of unease, only able to be soothed by comforting, familiar scents.
Phainon would lie in bed until it was over, haunted by his own weakness. During his worst heats, Phainon would ‘borrow’ items from his loved ones, the lingering scent helping reduce some of the stress that plagued him. Otherwise, he would struggle through his heat alone.
