   Summary

   Sumeru isn't the most accepting place for non-human species, especially for the more dangerous kinds. Being the Akademiya's scribe, and the Grand Sage for a brief period of time, means that Alhaitham is well aware of the risks of being associated publicly with a vampire.

   That didn't stop him from bringing Kaveh home.
