Summary
After God of Fury, Bran goes in therapy. He starts EMDR to process what Grace did to him. His mind knows the trauma is over. His body doesn’t.
The fatigue is so intense that Bran no longer has energy for anything. Cooking, playing lacrosse or even painting. He spends most of his time lying down waiting for time to pass.
He still wants Nikolai. Still kisses him, clings to him, asks for him. But the second things turn sexual, his body panics, shuts down, or collapses from exhaustion. Watching Bran fight a memory trapped under his skin drives Niko completely insane.
Then, in the middle of a manic spiral, a Reddit stranger gives him an idea: if Bran’s body is still stuck in the past, maybe Niko has to teach it the present.
