“I’m not not human,” Tilarna Exedilica said, hands on her hips.
“Okay,” Shoto stared. “Is this, like your Pro Hero gimmick or something?”
She looked down at him, frowning. “Pro Hero?”
“Are you some kind of kid playing at Pro Hero?” Shoto asked.
“I’m not a little kid,” Tilarna said, stomping her foot. “I’m eighteen years old!”
“Sure,” Shoto said, not being able to tell which statement was the lie and which was the truth. “So, your a middle schooler pretending to not be human?”
“That’s not! Seriously?” Tilarna glared at him.
It was going to be one of those days.
