Summary
Colonel Harry Potter is Captured by King Riddle during a war of kingdoms. Harry assumes he is going to be used as collateral for negotiations, but King Riddle has other plans. He wants to break Harry—change all that he believes and all that he is. Harry is stubborn, but so is Tom Riddle. After weeks of isolation, Harry yearns for any stimulation; the evil king's company is almost welcome, even if he is trying to brainwash Harry. Eventually, lines become blurred. Humiliation becomes intimacy. Controlled becomes safe. Hatred becomes passion. Harry is broken.
Harry's newfound complacency earns him certain freedoms. He has the royal palace to explore and his personal guard Draco to entertain him, but all Harry wants is Tom's attention. The king, however, is a busy man; he doesn't have the time to spend with Harry anymore. Despite this, Harry refuses to be unappreciated. His attempts to earn the king's attention grow drastic and humiliating, but Harry has no dignity left to be embarrassed by it. It takes encountering a former ally for Harry to realize just how much he's changed.
