Summary
Ashford Tourney, as little as it was supposed to be, works like a magnet for nobles all over Westeros. Noble families stream there to celebrate a thirteen year old girls nameday. Lady Talyia of Merryweather and her children are no exceptions when her cousin, Lord Ashford, invites them, too.
The tourney, meant to be a distraction from the recent tragedy in their family, quickly turns into a journey to the past for Taliya when the Prince of Dragonstone, Baelor Targaryen and his brother Maekar announce their attendance. Memories and with them the almost hurtful emotions come rushing back to her, threatening to break and bury her underneath them.
As soon as both of them lay eyes on each other something changes. And even though she tries to run from the revival of the greatest heartbreak she ever endured, both Baelor and her, are unable to hide from feelings surpressed for twenty long years.
