“how do you do this?” jeongguk asks.
“what?” yoongi’s smile spreads. he nudges jeongguk side. “do what?”
“you understand what i’m feeling better than i do, sometimes.”
yoongi huffs out a quiet laugh under his breath, but there’s not real humor in it. he shakes his head once, more to himself than anything. “it’s because i’ve been through the same things.”
(or: it’s the day before their comeback, and jeongguk is overwhelmed. he craves a cigarette badly, but ends up meeting yoongi in the middle instead.)
