   Summary

   Pete would never forget the last time he saw Macau.
   In the three years since they had lived together in their home, Macau’s presence had been slowly waning until months went by without seeing him fully.
   He wasn’t completely gone.
   He was still there, in the corner of Vegas’s smirk, and in the vibrancy of his laughter. Vegas had started teasing Pete more as they settled into their new life, and Pete loved it. He mostly loved that Vegas was able to finally breathe.
