Summary
Chloe is curious, quiet, and has spent most of her life with her nose in a book and not much else. She has big dreams of becoming a writer and not much experience with anything worth writing about. When she starts spending her evenings in the school library waiting for her mother, she meets Marcus, the night security guard, a big steady man with a warm laugh and a lot of time on his hands.
What starts as easy conversation about books becomes something else entirely when Chloe admits she wants to write romance but doesn't know enough about desire to do it justice. Marcus has a library of his own and an offer she doesn't immediately refuse.
