Summary
Dew and Rain have always had this simmering thing between them. A shared joint and comfy sofa at Rain's place, during a break in tour cycles and away from the ministry, finally propels things forward.
Or, Rain can't take it anymore and shows off for Dew.
(Or, I really needed a reason to obsess about Rain's stupid long legs.)
