Chapter Text
The clock on the wall never really changes.
Throughout the days, maybe weeks, I’ve sat on this uncomfortable chair, staring at that god forsaken object hanging on the white walls.
These walls, this house. They used to be so comforting. None of the furniture has changed — it’s all the same as I remember — but where are those who share the memories?
The rhythmic ticks of the hands come one after another. I shouldn’t be surprised; it's how a clock works after all. But each tick, each passing of a second reminds me that my time is limited.
How long before those stupid admins catch on that I’m still roaming free? How long before my freedom is stripped away from me?
It’s all because of that day, that I have to hide and lose everything that was so dear, so close to me.
I didn’t even do anything that bad! It was a harmless prank, after all! What do you mean I, out of all people, was wrong?
I wasn’t the one who found the admin's passwords!
I wasn’t the one to traumatize a bunch of kids by putting nudes all over the billboards and websites!
If I was evil, then both of them… my so-called friends, were just as evil as me, if not more!
They have no right to treat me with such disdain. Like I was a criminal. I remember, every sentence they would dare mutter to me was dripping with deceit and… and venom.
All these thoughts plagued my mind. Every week, every day, every minute, every second. Weren’t we meant to stick together till the end?!
Whatever happened to that bullshit, huh?! Us three, Caleb, Ellernate, me… we were meant to be a trio. Forever.
