Chapter 1: Day 1.

Chapter Text

Day 1.

Ugh. Pure Vanilla gave me some book to write in, saying something about 'how it would be good for you'. Bleh.

The only thing that would be 'good for me' right now are functioning eyes. Ever since I woke up, it's been dark or blurry or both. The ones on the remnants of what used to be my left arm don't count. They were never intended for sight. I don't think they ever even had an intention. They just appeared after Solidarity attacked me. It's funny… all of my memories from after that are all.. fuzzy until I attacked one of those thieves. I don't even remember if it was Holier-Than-Thou or not. I just know it hurt.

Yknow, like most things do nowadays. Even putting this quill to the page is making my wrist feel like jelly to the point I have to keep switching between hands just to write a single word.

There were times I would stay up for days on end writing, nonstop. How far the mighty have fallen, huh?

I've been looking through some of the runes scattered about this room. Honestly. You think you can prevent Spice from destroying anything with those? Even without his Soul Jam, he's still the strongest out of all of us. Though, paired with my current state…

Did they never teach you how to properly amplify spells? There was an attempt, but that's all I'll give you. Alaclar was not created to be used as an amplifier. Its original purpose is lost to time, and I'm NOT digging it back up. You'd have to give back what's rightfully mine first in order to get me to even consider it.

Though this is concerning. Or not. Who knows? Idiotic cookies are much easier to trick than smart ones. Works out in my favor either way.

One of those options is certainly more dull than the other, though. Everything here, is dull. Dreadfully so. Honestly, if you wanted to crumble me, this is the way to do it. Have me die of boredom.

..I wonder if my immortality still stands? Could be an experiment for another time, I suppose.

Ugh. Almost at the end of the page. If you're reading this, I hope you know I much prefer the past to stay buried. This includes making me write.

Therefore, I will stop indulging you here. Sorry! (Not.)
