Alexa, oh sweet Alexa… the goddess would do anything for them. The goddess was simply entranced with them! The way their hair flowed in the wind, how her eyes shifted from brown to a gold amber in certain lighting, how the jewelry in their skin caught the light and glinted under her lips.
Jamie, as her human had taken to calling her due to her lack of a formal name, could stare at the human for days. She was simply perfect in her eyes! A calm face, even tone, good style, everything was just perfect about them and Jamie couldn’t help, but admire them every once and while.
They had met two years ago when Jamie was exploring a new planet she had found in a far off universe away from most. It had been undiscovered by other gods and deities, and/or ignored by them. However, Jamie was different from the other gods, she adored these smaller universes and galaxies, the ones left behind and invisible.
Earth had been deemed as unimportant, not useful enough for anything, but it was teaming with life and beautiful sights! Alexa, or the woman the goddess had claimed as her own without truly doing that just yet, was a simple woman in early adult hood. 19 to be precise, she was just living a simple life with a simple apartment and a simple job.
Alexa had been exploring the forest the day Jamie arrived on earth and started looking around the planet. She had found Jamie wandering a forest alone with no clothes and very much non-human features. Of course, Alexa initially panicked, bolting so fast she nearly ran into a several trees. Jamie went after them, using the massive blue gray wings on their back to catch up easily and grab Alexa by the collar. Trying to arrange a deal and explain what was she was to the woman as she continued to panic.
Eventually Alexa calmed down enough and the two of them figured everything out, Alexa housed Jamie and taught them about how to live in society and all of that while Jamie kept them protected and all that. Jamie mostly kept herself disguised as a normal person, really only wasn’t when she was at home with Alexa. But then again, when was Jamie not with Alexa, Jamie was practically glued to Alexa’s hip. Jamie was entranced with Alexa, she loved the human with every ounce of her soul and would do anything for her.
Truly anything, if her human asked for the moon she’d ruin everything to give it to her.
And now, Jamie sat back on the couch, tail flicking lazily as she sat on the couch of Alexa’s apartment. Alexa was on the opposite side of the couch, laying down completely with her legs across Jamie’s lap. It was late, around 12PM, Alexa was watching a movie about talking toys that got left behind or something. Jamie really didn’t understand it but it was definitely interesting.
“You humans and humanizing objects” Jamie commented offhandedly, earning a offended look from Alexa
“Name two other movies that humanize objects-“
“Cars and the 50 movies about haunted dolls,” Jamie responded, cutting Alexa off before she even finished the question. Alexa went quiet for a moment before speaking again. “Fair enough” Alexa shrugged.
Alexa continued to watch the movie for about 30 more minutes then looked back at Jamie with a curious expression, eyes calm as ever, glasses sliding down her nose slightly. Jamie returned her gaze, she’d be lying if she said Alexa wasn’t attractive, but that was a thought for another time!
“What?” Jamie asked
“I just noticed your irises are completely black” Alexa says, tilting her head curiously, Jamie thought it was really cute if she was honest. And even if Alexa would never admit it, she always found Jamie mildly attractive. “Oh, yeah, I guess I never really gave the thought to give myself an eye color” Jamie answered, “you can just.. change that..?” Alexa questioned. “I can change everything about my appearance, the wings, halo, and tail just are kind of there though unless I really put in effort into Making them not be there” Jamie responded. “That’s actually really cool, do you have to do the typical bird things for like, taking care of your wings?”
The conversation was light and calm, a stark contrast to their first meeting to say the least, especially now as the movie came to and end with Alexa knocked out on the couch. Jamie sighed getting up and scooping up Alexa carefully and carrying her to her room. Jamie laid her on the bed, tucking her in, but as Jamie went to walk away, she felt a small tug on her wing, turning to see Alexa’s sleeping figure unconsciously holding loosely onto Jamie’s wing with a peaceful face.
Jamie simply pulled her wing away carefully, moving to continue leaving the room, but Alexa’s previously peaceful face turned troubled and she seemed to reach out to the other subconsciously. With yet another sigh, and a blush growing on her face, Jamie moved back to the bed and laid down next to Alexa. Since Jamie wasn’t really human, her body was pretty cold running, while Alexa ran very warm, even for humans.
Jamie laid there as Alexa wrapped herself around the goddess. Jamie breathed quietly as Alexa put her head in her neck and wrapped her arms and legs around her. Jamie slowly put her arms around Alexa’s waist, wings shifting to put them around the other woman.
Jamie’s face felt hot and she didn’t know why, human bodies were so weird and complicated..
Jamie didn’t understand the things she was feeling, the feelings that had been building and were starting to boil over now. But it didn’t take long for Jamie to start releasing that what she was feeling was attraction. Or at least, that’s what she thought it was from the way shows and people had described it as. Jamie was still not human, and human emotions didn’t come quickly. But now here she was, only 2 years after meeting this human she was cuddling with them so they could sleep comfortably and growing feelings for this damned human that she had nearly killed when they first met!
