    “I messed it up. It was your event and I just -” Vi pulled away just enough to look at Caitlyn in the eyes — her own being still slightly lucid — as realisation struck Caitlyn like a lightning.
    “No, no you didn't” Caitlyn's hand moved to grip on Vi's side “You were perfect. It was my mistake to bore you with something like that” she almost chuckled, staring back at Vi in the eyes.
    There was something raw in Vi’s gaze, uncensored as if Caitlyn could read her mind. Caitlyn felt suddenly overwhelmed. It was so normal to stand in front of Vi, yet the look on the other girl's face was something she had never seen — she looked like she was silently begging for the smallest hint of approval, a sign that she wasn't mad at her.

    Vi gets drunk during a formal gathering in the Kiramman estate, but Caitlyn just can't stay mad at her.
