The moon god, Wemmbu!

Summary:

During the war against the Heavenly Principles, the Primordial One moved to strike down the Traveler. But before the blow could land, He stepped in—sacrificed himself and died.

Well, he was supposed to die—That was how it should’ve ended. But instead, he woke up in a dimension known as Minecraft. To avoid standing out, He changed his appearance to blend in. Then he realised can’t fit his entire name in his username, so he give himself a name: Wemmbu

Out of boredom, he decides to join a SMP called “Unstable Universe” and it was one of the best decision he ever made.

Chapter 1: Reunited for a while…..

Chapter Text

Wemmbu was looking for a place to build his house after getting his house destroyed a few weeks?months? ago. He honestly can’t keep track of the time at this point.

While flying mindlessly, he came across a forest biome.

“It's pleasant enough” Wemmbu thought.

His feet hit the ground as he landed. He sensed around his surroundings. “No players yet….”

Wemmbu began chopping through the forest, taking down the trees one by one. While cutting the tree, His mind drifted towards his old memories.

He missed Sandrone’s bricking. He missed Lauma’s cooking. He missed Nicole’s yapping. Though it had been a year since he came here, he still missed everything.

“This feeling…… Is called homesick I think…..? Yeah, homesi—

Wemmbu snapped back to reality as he realized he been chopping air.

“I lose all of my aura”. Wemmbu want to slap himself for that.

Even though Wemmbu feel embarrassed, he continue chopping trees down until there’s a flat land.

To the best of his ability, Wemmbu worked to build a house.

He thought carefully about which type of blocks to use for the house. After considering his options for a while, he finally decided to use wood oak, oak log and cobblestone.

While building his house, he placed the essentials inside—a bed, a crafting table, a furnace, and a few chests for storage.

As he placing the blocks, he hummed to himself.

Dormi, cara Columbula

Oh, Columbula mea

Senti ad fenestra

Adsint somnians flora

Oh, Carus filius lunae

Ne verum ambulo, Vito te tam

Nec ea cum est sua amans

Tam pia, bona

Somnians a luna

Wemmbu placed a final block and look back at his house.

His house is made mostly of oak wood. Thick wooden logs frame the corners, while oak planks fill the walls. The roof is large and steep, made from a mix of wood and cobblestones. At the front of the house is a small raised porch with wooden fences and stairs leading up to the spruce door.

Wemmbu was proud of himself about his new house as he was about to enter his house.

“Columbina?”

Wemmbu stopped on his track.

“That voice is familiar…” Wemmbu turned around and saw—

“Lauma….?” Wemmbu said, his voice filled with shock.

Lauma ran towards Wemmbu, nearly tackling him to the ground before wrapping him in a tight hug.

“Columbina! You’re still alive!” Lauma shouted, hardly able to believe her eyes.

“L-Lauma!……I can’t….breathe…..” Wemmbu choked out dramatically.

“Oh, I’m sorry, Columbina” Lauma said, letting him go.

“You look so different. I could hardly believe you’re the still person” Lauma said.

“Yeah, yeah, wait—if I look so different, how did you recognize me?” Wemmbu asked.

“You’re singing your lullaby. The one you usually sing in the silvermoon hall” Lauma answered.

“Oh” Wemmbu said, suddenly understanding.

“Anyway, how you been doing?. We’ve thought you die” said Lauma, she couldn’t believe her eyes that Columbine is still alive.

“I thought so too. But, I got teleported to this dimension called Minecraft. It’s pretty awesome” Wemmbu said happily.

Lauma stayed silent before saying “Do you any reason why you’re currently wearing armour?”

“I wear it in case I get attacked” Wemmbu explained.

Lauma look confused but nodded at the explanation.

“But still, there’s no reason for you to get attacked” Lauma questioned.

“How do I explain this……Well, play—people……” Wemmbu stopped before continuing “They try to attack me by catching me off guard—“

“WHAT” Lauma, nearly almost shouted.

“Oh shit”

“Look, it might not sound great—“

“What do you mean by might?!. Isn’t that illegal?!” Lauma said.

“Well…..it’s because we’re in an anarchy server” trying to best of his ability to explain.

“And what’s that?”

“It means there’re no laws on this server like….like Nasha Town” sad Wemmbu.

“Server?”

“Oh yeah, I have to explain you everything

Wemmbu began explaining the mechanics of Minecraft in detail: movement, combat, mining, player status, world events, entities, world mechanics, servers and redstone. Lauma listened carefully, paying close attention to every word.

After at least seven minutes of explanation, Wemmbu finally finished.

“This world is quite different from teyvat” said Lauma.

Wemmbu nodded then “I forgot to mention. I give myself a name: Wemmbu. But you can still called me Columbina Hyposplenia or Kuutar“

Lauma nodded.

“Wait” Wemmbu realised something “how did you get here?” Wemmbu questions, crossing his arms.

“Alice asked me to help her with a something. At first, I refused the offer. But then she claimed she found out that you’re still alive and staying in another dimension. I thought she might be lying but she isn’t that kind of person—So, I made up my mind and accept the offer. She lend me to this machine that she and her husband build—give me instructions on what to do and I follow it to the t” Lauma explained.

“Don’t worry, I can get back to teyvat. Alice said I have a limited time staying here” Lauma quickly added.

“How much time do you have left?”

Lauma checked her something on her right wrist—it’s was a watch. “15 minutes and I only have a few seconds left….”

“Oh,We’ll, Goodbye Lauma. I hope Alice will find a way to increase the time” Wemmbu quickly said.

“I hope. Goodbye, Kuutar” said Lauma before disappearing in a golden dust.

After the conversation, Wemmbu felt tired. So, He sensed around his surrounding—Making sure there’s no players.

Once that done, he decided to get a good night sleep.
