Summary
The planning of the Xing railroad through Ishval is taking longer and longer, due to unexpected geological matters. Team Mustang finds shelter and sets camp into a series of caves, time for their colonel to find a (n alchemical) way to progress and secure the next section of road.
If they were restless before, now they're both restless and bored with nothing to do while the colonel racks his mind and barely gets enough sleep... which is why Riza decides that it's her job as a bodyguard to make sure he eventually relaxes.
