    There is a devil who calls her a mouse and watches her like she is already part of a plan.
    There is a parasite in her mind that will not stay quiet.
    There are whispering urges she does not always recognize as her own.

    Tav is less certain she understands anything at all! Least of all why the world keeps insisting she is prey, when everything in her instincts says she is still standing.

    A devil watches.
    A parasite whispers.
