Personal Records, Post Infection

Summary:

With Monomon dreaming, perhaps it's time we try something new. Journaling has been shown to help the common bug. Though the Archives are under our instruction and responsibility going forward, we will try fitting regular time into our schedule to record current events and experiences.

LOG R.1:

The seal has been set.

This will serve as record for our experience from now on. Expression has been shown to be important, and we will no longer have Monomon to speak to. In her stead, we will mark our activities and feelings within this journal from this point forward.

We are currently preparing spreadsheets ahead of the likely flood of settlements reporting the sudden disappearance of the infection. Notice has already been sent to the nearest hospital to expect a number of infected bugs the Archives housed for research - up to seventeen, depending on who has recovered enough and who has not. Observations reveal that two seemed well enough already to receive compensation for the help they had signed up for, but it would be rather hasty to release them when most bugs haven't gotten halfway through a wake cycle since the end of the infection.

Ah, that too. We should plan to rearrange the filing system. It won't be necessary to track rest lengths anymore. An abrupt change, but not an unwelcome one.
