Summary
AU where Frank Castle DOESN'T escape after being captured, therefore he is there when Karen Page is locked up too...
Frank Castle was captured by Fisk's AVTF and locked up in his secret vigilante prison, but instead of breaking out right away he stays put. Not sure why, not even he knows, it was just one of those feelings. So he decided to wait for the right moment to come along.
That moment comes in the form of a certain reporter being thrown into a cell near him. Suddenly it all made sense. This is what he was waiting for. He was waiting for Karen Page.
On some level he knew she'd end up here, that she'd get herself captured, likely while doing something very brave yet incredibly stupid and he'd needed to be here, ready to help her escape. Because the one thing he'd figured out lately is that together the two of them were unstoppable. Because if Karen was involved, there was nothing that could stop him from getting the job done, and there was nobody he trusted more to have his back. This is where the fun begins.
