Sasaki is a strange guy, everyone on campus knew (probably) He had neon orange hair and a lot of piercings, nobody knew how he got away with it but here he was.
He looked like the book definition of a delicate, towering in height with broad shoulders and a mean glare.
As far as Sora or anyone Sora knew, which was most everyone on campus. Sasaki didn't have any friends, it wasn't that he was actually mean he jest didn't go looking for any.
He went to his classes, he took notes and he did his share in group projects and it wasn't even that no-one wanted to be his friend. Everyone was interested in the mysterious bad boy in their class.
Sora was in fact jest like everyone else in wanting to know their resident ginger but the difference was he wasn't going to give up after one or two tries.
Sora was what you would call someone who wanted to understand everything and everyone and for the most part he could.
brain games were his favorite pass time for a reason and Sasaki happens to be the perfect puzzle.
And that's how he got here, in the library with two ether students, coming up with theorys about a specific tall ginger who they could see sitting jest outside the window, on a call.
"Maybe he's on a call with his secret friend?" Izmi, one of the students Sora ran into, wondered.
"Or his girlfriend..." Sora trailed off.
"I doubt it! he doesn't seem like the type to date, Haven't you seen him turn down some of the prettiest girls here." The second girl, Obara, that he ran into said putting a hand on one of her hips.
"Maybe his girlfriend is jest that much of a catch!" Sora argued back.
"Maybe..." Izmi Trail off trying to get a better review of Sasaki through the window.
"It could always be his mother!" Obara shrugged.
"Do we know if he has any siblings?" Izmi questions.
Sora and Obara shuck their heads. "No clue." That seemed to be a theme in this. As if in sink they all turned to Sasaki who had all the answers to these questions but wouldn't tell them. In that moment they witnessed a miracle before them.
Sasaki who was still on the phone, had a slight blush on his face and the warmest smile any of them had ever seen on him, he was still talking when he stood up and started walking off.
The three of them still gaping turned to each other, "maybe he dose have a girlfriend." Obara stated.
That's how the group chat started, mission to figure out Shuumi Sasaki and who his secret girlfriend is!
The silence was interrupted by Obara, "I mean well we're at it shouldn't we jest adopt him too?"
"yeah I guess we should!" Izmi agreed.
"So now our mission is to figure out Shuumi Sasaki, find out who his secret girlfriend and adopt him into this friend group!" Sora announced.
"We're A friend group?" Obara asked.
"We are now!" Sora said waving his phone with the group chat open on it.
"I mean we have a group chat now so... I guess we are!" Izmi says pumping a fist up before continuing, "now the only thing left is to add Sasaki to it!

Ugawa Sora: soo, we all remember the plan?
Eri Obara: of course we do we've been over it so many times already!
Ruri Izmi: Status report, he's sitting on the bench outside the cafeteria, where are you guys?
Eri Obara: right behind you....
Izmi jumped, feeling a tap on her shoulder when she turned around, she found Obara and Sora waving at her.
"Whoa you guys almost gave me a heart attack!" She said putting a hand on her chest.
"Oh sorry bout that! But anyway, has he down anything interesting? He normally disappears for lunch, so we can't pass this chance up!" Sora said peering over at their unsuspecting target, or maybe he was suspecting something because he kept looking around like he was waiting for an ambush..
That mint when they finely came out, he didn't look all that surprised, I mean it wasn't that they were being That suspicious, they were jest walking slowly toward the park bench Sasaki was sitting on.
When they finely came upon him, he didn't even look up from his phone. Sora cleared his throat and finely, finely Sasaki looked up, he stared at them expectantly.
"Soo, have you eaten lunch yet?" Sora asked, he was going to be the main talker on this attempt.
"I have." Sasaki said, "if that's all..." He trailed off pretty much telling them to leave.
"Oh well that's perfect! That means you're probably free to go to the library with us!" Obara said, calling her hands.
"No." Was Sasaki's only responds, before he want back to typing on his phone.
"Aww why not?" Sora asked, taking a nether step closer. "You got a date or something?"
"Nun of your business if I do or don't."
The vague the answer was all they would seem to get out of him because after that he stoped paying any attention to them no matter what they did. At some point they decided that they did enough for the day and went off to the library by themselves.
When they got there, they decided to come up with a new plan.
Obara was holding a white board with some ideas they had come up with. Obara tapped the white board marker against her chin thinking.
"what if we change where we usually sit, to sit next to him." Izmi brings up.
"That could work, what classes do you have with him?" Obara asks writing down the idea.
Their meeting went on like that, coming up with ideas and jest genuinely hanging out, they may have made this friend group as a joke but it seemed it wouldn't stay that whey for long.

It was finally the end of the school day! That ment it was time to go on a date with his boyfriend! They had planed it a few days ago because Miyano had something so they couldn't meet up at lunch and a new bookstore opened up, that had a cafe right next to it.
It was a little early to go because miyano would be still in class for a few minutes by the time he would arrive but he had a visitor pass so he could jest walk around the school until he got out.
The train station wasn't the busiest Sasaki had ever seen but the time seemed to slow to an agonizing pase. Without anything to do Sasaki pulled out a bl novel he had jest finished that morning.
He imagined What miyano would say if he found out that Sasaki was reading bl on the train and snickered to himself, remembering the last time that happened.
He had gotten so flustered, it was adorable! Most things about him were and it drove Sasaki crazy but it was still hard to imagine that Miyano was his, his boyfriend!
Sasaki sighed not even taking in the words anymore, though time had gone quicker then before. He sighed again as time slowed down back to the agonizing pase it was before.
"That didn't last long" he murmured to himself.
He closed the book and waited for the doors to open, when the doors finally opened he basically ran out the doors.
The walk to the school was windy but better then the crowded train, the a chill in the air made him clutch his sweater closer to his chest. He looked at his phone when he got in and Miyano still had four minutes left in class.
He sent a text to his boyfriend, knowing he wouldn't see until after class and set to wondering around. The school looked the same as of when he used to go, it was weird to think that he was jest a visitor here.
He held his visitor pass jest a little bit tighter as he wondered.
He heard hurried steps. "Hey." Miyano said, stopping to catch his breath.
"Miya!" Sasaki said happily pulling Miyano into a hug.
"sorry, I didn't see your text until jest now." Miyano said into Sasaki's chest. "Did you wait long?"
"Not long I only got here four minutes ago." Sasaki answered, nuzzling his face in his boyfriend's hair.
"you didn't even need to come all this way, you could've jest waited at the train station." Miyano commented.
"I missed you." Sasaki said finely letting Miyano out of the hug, so he could look at his face.
Miyano flushed a bright red and turned away, "I missed you too."
Sasaki giggled, even Miyano's ears were red. With that Miyano covered his face with his hands. "Don't laugh at me." He grumbled.
"No, no it's not you!" Sasaki said still giggling.
Miyano groaned again, "and somehow I don't believe you."
"Sure, sure."
They passed though the school, not even noticing the way word glances from Miyano's friends, or the murdered, "they really weren't hiding it." From Tashiro, who was quickly rushed away by Miyano's ether friends.
Even the air seemed a little less sharp, as they made their way to the book store.
Sasaki looked down and bumped Miyano's hand with his own. Miyano startled a little but a second later he took his hand in his, Sasaki who hadn't expected Miyano to actually do it, blushed and smiled at his adorable boyfriend.
"You think people will gossip about the two boys they saw at the bl section now?" Sasaki teased.
Miyano looked up at him, "I think, whatever they think will probably be true, so why worry?" Miyano said confidently.
They looked in each others eyes for a second longer before Miyano's eyes widened and he looked away, A blush event on his face. Sasaki giggled, still looking at Miyano.
"it seems like you've given it a lot of thought."
"I have..." Miyano trailed, still red in the face.
The trip to the book store went well, the book Miyano wanted was there and Sasaki even bought a knew addition to his slowly growing bl collection.
Nothing much happened on the short walk to the cafe but once they got seated an interesting conversation popped up.
"you mentioned a weird group of people at college, what happened to them?" Miyano asked, drinking the black tea in front of him.
"Their still following me around and asking me to do things with them." Sasaki said poking the strawberry cake he ordered.
"What do they even ask you to do with them?" Miyano wondered outloud.
"To go to the library or out to eat with them or like an arcade." Sasaki said counting off on his fingers.
"But that's jest normal friend things." Miyano pointed out.
"but their not my friends."
"Sasaki, I think you should let them be your friends, I don't want you to be lonely until I make it next year."
"I'm not lonely though, I still see you every chance we get and I still hang out with my high school friends." Sasaki pouted.
"Still."

Group chat.
Ugawa Sora: Sooo, what's our next plan?
Eri Obara: I thought you were the plans guy in this operation.
Ugawa Sora: well I can't make all the ideas! Then what would you guys do?
Ruri Izmi: I'm interrupting this argument.
Eri Obara: sorry...
Ugawa Sora: sorry :(
Ruri Izmi: anyway, I was thinking maybe we try to walk home with him.
Eri Obara: but how do we convince him to actually let us.
Ugawa Sora: the real question is how do we catch him, he always disappears the moment class is over.
Eri Obara: that's true, who shares a last period class with him?
Ruri Izmi: I do tomorrow.
Eri Obara: perfect, you could bring him to a spot we could join you.
Ugawa Sora: :0 I jest realised something!
Ruri Izmi: what?
Ugawa Sora: so you know how Sasaki kinda acts like a grumpy cat?
Ruri Izmi: Yeah?
@Ugawa Sora changed group chat name to: The cat adoption team.
Eri Obara: now that we have gone completely off topic, how about you bring him to that one bench we found him on that one time.
Ruri Izmi: that works!
Ugawa Sora: yep that works for me too!
Ruri Izmi: I wonder what he's doing right now.....

Sasaki's and miyano's date at the book store and cafe had ended but they were now at Miyano's house, to hang out for the night. They were both sat on the bed, talking about the latest bl Miyano had lent to Sasaki.
"yeah I think that-" Miyano cut himself off with a Yawn.
"You getting seppy?" Sasaki asked while tilting his head cutely.
"Maybe a little...." Miyano trailed off before finishing, "should we start getting ready for bed?
"Sure!"
After they finished getting ready, they snuggled up in Miyano's bed and fell asleep filling up etch others cracks with themselves and falling into slumber as if they were one.
