The existence of blood-thirsty vampires was still not yet known in the outside world. The very reason behind that was that they could take animals as their preys, which did not interrupt anyones routine.
To vampires, drinking blood was seen as a similar necessarity humans had with drinking water. But blood came only in one flavor, which was a difference.
Some were ones who chose to consume it by targetting only humans because of their blood tasting more sweet than a wilds animals, but there were also the second people who despite being encouraged humans blood is better, chose to only go for animals.
Cha Eui-jae was one of those people, a blood-thirsty predator, who drank the wild lifes blood to stay alive. If being a vampire hadn't run in the family bloodline, he wouldn't have become one.
He worked at an hangover restaurant because the payment was just right the way he wanted it to be. Cha Eui-jae had no seconds thoughts between choosing to work at one.
The regular customers of the restaurant came by frequently, ordering the same hangover soup each day. Those regulars were Chaehyun Yoo, Wonwoo Bae and Jung Bin. The first one was an actor who came by whenever she got free time. Wonwoo Bae was one who acted like he didn't have a pile of work coming almost everyday. Jung Bin was an office worker that solved the problems about the borders of South Korea, but it wasn't extremely also rare to see him in the restaurant doing his paperwork.
The smell of soups was something Cha Eui-jae smelt everyday, but it was one which was almost comforting.
"One hangover soup and bottle of soju, please."
This was how Cha Eui-jaes daily life went.
"Sure, coming right up."
Leaving the kitchen holding 2 hangover soups and a soju, he put what he held on the tables correctly as a person ordered it.
'Most of my customers are humans who don't know about the existence of vampires yet. I can't think on the disaster that would appear if it was.'
It was a thought which would become true in the future, as he knew it himself.
Meanwhile, some customers were mumbling as they took in the natural scent coming from the hangover soup.
"Don't you think the worker looks troubled?"
"Yes."
"Give me at least a longer response, could you?"
"..."
They were tired workers which came today for their first time, it looks like they enjoyed the atmosphere to the point that they decided to visit this unappreciated hangover place more often.
"You can't disagree that the price and the taste of the hangover soup here is much better than some overpriced expensive restaurants."
"Yeah, I can't agree more."

A handsome face of a man in his early twenties was seaten inside a car next to a driver. His beauty couldn't be described in words, and all that was known is that he's a successful Leader of Pado which everyone knew about. There was no one who wouldn't recognize him, Lee Sa-young.
"Guild Leader, why do I have to speed up this much??"
"I don't need to answer that, just drive."
Clearly today he was in a bad mood because something didn't go the way he planned it.
The car was occuring at an excessive speed which could be dangerous for both of them inside. But Lee Sa-young didn't care, wanting to find out a secret which wasn't made public yet.
'Vampires... I thought they were just a myth, only being possible to exist in stories..'
"Anyway Guild Leader, why did you ask me to place others into investigation around the work with simply no clearer answer why? I don't understand why you're doing this."
"Not enough proof... Argh—!"
The car stopped instantly, turning on the breaks to prevent them both from any worse scars. Could it be that they fell off the track?
They got out of the van to check what happened. As it could have been guessed, due to the speed they drived at, Seo Min-gi lost control at the wheel and they ended up inside some woods.
"Looks like... the car won't be able to be repaired looking like this."
"First my meeting was rescheduled, now this... fuck.."
It was visible on his expression that Lee Sa-young was pissed at todays events.
"Call some people to come pick us up."
"I won't dissapoint you on that!"
"You already did."
"...Got it."
It was no use arguing with Lee Sa-young whose true nature was being incredibly perceptive.
