Summary
Once upon a time, there was an evil Overlord who ruled with a just but iron fist. He gave his peasants all they could ask for and was loved and respected by all in his domain. Then a pesky god decided to start stealing his subjects, so he killed the god and conquered his realm, The Infernal Abyss, only for the god to curse the Overlord to an eternity of being trapped inside his realm. A few thousand years later, the evil Overlord is losing hope of escaping the Infernal Abyss. All hope seems lost for our brave hero when a wayward prayer reaches his ears and draws him to Remnant, a world swarming with monsters on both Human and Grimm. While his time as an Overlord may have passed, he is still a god, and Remnant's prayers have finally been answered. And who knows, maybe he will take back his former mantle as an evil Overlord, after all, Evil always finds a way.
