George knocked on the door just as Mimi opened it. She was about to head out, as she had her jacket and umbrella for the rainy day ahead. She gasped when she saw him, sighing, "Oh, George. You frightened me! John's upstairs, go on in."
George walked in and went up to John's bedroom without a word to Mimi. He was quite shy, and everyone knew it, so they didn't expect much talking from him. When he appeared in John's doorway, he noticed his friend looked dejected, like he'd just had something happen that had pissed him off.
"John?" George stood in the doorway, waiting to be invited in.
"Oh shit," John swore. "You scared me, Hazza. Why do you go sneaking around like that?"
