When this child was born there was only one word to describe it.
Unwanted.
Born to Elizabeth and Michale Rosehearts was an intersex baby. And despite being mage doctors, well known ones at that, who should have known being intersex would not affect the poor child, they decided they much get rid of it at once.
But they couldn't do so due to their own wretched morality. So they kept the child until it turned 1 and proved to be bursting with magic.
Enter S.T.Y.X
They had found out about this unwanted child. And about his high magical capabilities and offered to take the child off of their hands and would wipe their existence away completely.
They agreed as soon as they heard they would be 'refunded' for the birth and raising of the child until now.
The child was dubbed K0R3 by S.T.Y.X's database. The Roseheart's hadn't bothered to name the child.
They had red hair already reaching just below their shoulders in little curls with pale skin and big silver eyes. They were only a year younger than S.T.Y.X's own Idia Shroud,
Their magic levels were off the charts for a human, which could also make them a tad bit high risk considering how blot accumulates. But that was no matter for them. They kept a collar on their neck with a mage stone that would help regulate them.
K0R3 was quiet, luckily enough. Though also horribly sensitive and was rather loud when they cried. And it's not like the S.T.Y.X workers knew how to handle a child! They just sorta gave the kid a pink rabbit plushie around the side of their torso so that they could self regulate.
Kid's could do that, right?

Starting Age : 1 years, 1 months and 1 days.
Observations :
(25/10/2006) - Subject displays high levels of magic that are unnatural for a human child. Currently they had more magic than some of the adult workers here. It's extraordinary. We suspect they'll develop their UM at age 5 at the latest.
They do kinda cry a lot but they don't talk.... Actually we don't think they know how to, we might have to teach them how to talk.
So far they seen obedient. They do as told and haven't thrown a tantrum yet.
(01/02/2007) - Today we had our first encounter with K0R3's magic core. As normal it is located beside the heart. When interacting with the core we injected it with a substance that could possibly slow down the build up of blot in the subject. What we didn't foresee was the physical changes it would make to K0R3 and they now have around 2 to 4 curls in their hair that are white rather than red. This doesn't appear to have harmed them so we shall assume they are fine. They also now say around 5 words consistently.
(04/12/2007) - Subject has developed their UM. "Off with your head" - allows the caster to nullify their magic of their victim. Unlocked during a minor tantrum when P.M attempted to punish them for refusing to partake in their check up. P.M took away their plushie and was thus collared.
Subject was punished severely for collaring P.M and the collar has been removed. We won't be as lenient from now on and their plushie has been taken away as part of their punishment. We have also added new software to their own collar to not allow them to use their UM until further notice. Hopefully, they won't act out anymore and we won't have to punish them. This is their first instance of disobedience : we hope it'll be the last.
(27/06/2008) - Today we are putting a new subject in the lab. We've decided to put them in the same room as K0R3 as to give them both social stimulation for proper brain development. Hopefully, they both get along. And perhaps this kid can teach K0R3 more words : they can currently say a total of 15 words. 5 of those words are profanities they've overheard.
