‘’What about it?’’ Touya glanced up after swallowing with a raised eyebrow, his spoon already full with his next bite.
‘’Enji’s coming too.’’
Touya’s expression didn’t immediately shift, though Keigo felt the change anyway; the way it sharpened, the way his pale blue eyes turned to ice until it sent an actual chill down his spine. Touya nodded once, then again, his jaw slightly shifting like he was biting the inside of his cheek.
Keigo didn’t manage to get another word in. Touya shoved his chair back with a loud scraping sound, and stood on his feet. He grabbed his plate, still half-full, and walked around the kitchen island without a word, flipping open the trash can and dumping everything inside, plate included.
