Summary
The first time Hirotsu Ryūurōu heard the phrase, Mori Ōugai was not yet the boss. Back then, Mori was only the Port Mafia’s doctor — quiet, watchful, and far too intelligent for a man who claimed to simply heal wounds. But Hirotsu had served beside enough dangerous men to recognise one on sight.
