   Summary

   13-year-old Rye Chayote signed up for 50 pieces of tesserae the night before the 51st Annual Hunger Games. When Brioche Janné, one of his older sister's best friends, is unexpectedly reaped alongside him, he knows that he must do all he can to make sure she escapes the arena.
