Summary
"Cygne Noir" has rapidly become the most desired drug on the black market. Having inherited its name from the "Black Swan" - a rare, unpredictable event flipping everything over - it lives to its title.
Known to induce a heat in a person consuming it, it causes the target to lose their rational thinking, regardless of its intelligence. The victim usually feels its effects immediately but the symptoms may vary from person to person.
