Akutagawa was sitting on a black couch inside his house, two pillows surrounding him. He was sitting with his back straight, legs together. his pitch black eyes looking to the front at a white wall, But not focusing on it.
If a person walked up on him right now, the most they'd think, is that his stare at the wall was too intense. But everything else was quite in the house. So nothing was strange.
Well one thing was not quite, but only to akutagawa.
The words "I'm in love with atsushi nakajima, the weretiger." In his head.
He was in love with atsushi nakajima. Stabbing himself with rashomon from embarrassed wasn't that bad of an idea to him, in the moment.
He put his hands on his face. How could this happen!! With one hand He threw a pillow from the couch into the floor. he was embarrassed, but there was also a very pleasant feeling, almost like excitement. He was very much burning from the emotions he was feeling, he was probably pink in the cheeks too.
He wanted to run away from the feelings to a place that's far away from Yokohama, but also he wanted to be near the object of his feelings, atsushi.
Just his name made him feel giddy.. he never felt giddy!!
He layed down on the couch and covered his eyes, he will not confess, they are enemies.
Are they? They are partners in fights. they are not enemies, definitely not after the whole fyodor thing.
He quickly sat up, He should be more brave, it's pathetic to be scared of a rejection. sudden bravery got him, and his better instincts. To just lock himself in his house and never leave, until weretiger wouldn't be just tiger bones.
Before he had the time to tell himself he should think about it more, he grabbed his phone from the couch and texted atsushi.
They both knew that place well
"Meet me at the park at 12:00." Akutagawa sent it without looking for any grammar mistakes.
He quickly put the phone down on the couch.
oh, he was down bad. he never sent a message without checking the grammar! But thankfully the grammar was correct.
He and atsushi texted a lot more than supposed *enemies* should text. Usually it was about missions, they never told each other what exactly is a mission is before meeting up so it looked like he just invited him to tell him about a mission.
Good, if he chickens out he has an excuse.
No, he will not chicken out! He's akutagawa ryuunosuke of the port mafia, he never chickens out!
He was determined to tell him about his feelings today.
A ping was heard from his phone. Atsushi.
He almost fell from the couch and immediately grabbed the phone back, looking at the message atsushi sent him.
"Okay!" That is all he said.
Akutagawa was going to do it, he was freaking out.
