“Rin, where are we going??” pleaded Len. No answer. Rin just continued walking into the forest. Len followed. “Did something happen?” Len kept asking. Again, no answer, not even a glance back at him. “Okay..then...at least tell me where you’re going, please, Rin!” Len tried catching up with Rin, but without use, since she was much faster than him.
With mixed emotions in Len’s eyes, he kept asking his dear sister for her feelings, yet unheard. Unanswered. Fear and worry consuming Len, he ran as fast as he could to stop his sister. Just as he was about to touch her shoulder, she turned and changed the route. Despite that, he still couldn’t see her face, as her bangs were framing her face, keeping it hidden.
The siblings were walking deeper and deeper into the forest. Rin walking like a dead body, without aim. Len walking reluctantly behind his sister, not knowing what was going to happen. “Can I do something to help you?” asked Len, nearly hopeless. Rin continued walking, jumping over big branches. Len continued after her.
The forest has started slowly but surely clearing out, and the flows of water could be heard. Rin began walking faster, as if she was desperate to leave the dark, hollow forest, and reach the glittery, clean creak. Even actually, she started sprinting towards the river. This was the fastest Len has seen his sister run, and he ran after her. Worthlessly though, since he has lost sight of her. With his sister disappearing, his hearing of the river has also disappeared. Left alone in the forest, with no sister, no knowledge of getting back, since he was just blindly following Rin, he sat down on a tree stump. He looked around, hoping his sister would magically reappear, but nothing. She has disappeared, along with his desire to go back home.
