   Summary

   “Soulmates only cause pain and suffering and since you have 5, it’s worse for you.” She had said with disgust when he was 8, “Stop visiting your soulmates.”

   So he did.

   Every time he slept, he started to ignore them. He fled and watched them all. All his soulmates (ew why did he have so many). He’d listen to them talk. The first week they looked for him. And then they talked about how worried they were. And then they forgot him.

   Virgil get told soulmates are stupid all his life, so he avoided them. Even when he met them. (But unluckily (luckily?) they didn’t give up so easy)
