   Summary

   The next time Jon was aware of anything outside the book, his grandmother had taken it from him and he was outside in a park. How had he gotten there?

   "Give that back!" He didn't want it back. Why did he say that? He had to protect her from it. From Mr. Spider.

   Mr. Spider couldn't take the one person who cared about him. So he chased after her, and watched as she knocked, just like all the flies before her. And like all the flies before her, she was eaten by Mr. Spider. And Jon just had to watch. He had to watch as the only family he had left was taken and eaten by a giant spider.
