Summary
This is my reimagining of Season 3 keeping the lessons aspect in tact but adding in a marriage of convivence and various elements from the book. I will address Lady Whistledown but there will be 100% LESS ANGST.
Penelope asks Colin for lessons in flirting to help her secure a proposal. After a slow burn revelation Colin realizes he is Pen's best chance at freedom... IF she agrees to one little demand... a goodnight kiss, every night before bed. Pen can hardly believe her ears, let alone believe her own mouth when she agrees to his request. Will Penelope finally get over her insecurities? How can Colin ever convince her of his feelings after what he told Fife?
In a marriage of connivence, where one friend is hopelessly in love and the other friend insists on affection, hilarity ensues and maybe they can figure out how to make it all work in the end... no matter how many awkward good night kisses it takes to get there.
