   Summary

   After the war, Ochaco Uraraka has built her life around reaching troubled students before a bad label becomes their whole future.

   When Hawks summons her to the HPSC, the job sounds simple at first: travel to Kyushu and support Shimazu Academy, a new hero school preparing to take in children displaced by the fighting. But the assignment comes with complications. Hawks’s Reformed Commission is watching carefully, underground problems may be moving beneath the recovery effort, and Izuku Midoriya is going with her as part of his path toward becoming a teacher.
