Goalie fights are definitely not common! I highly recommend checking out the hockey 101 channel, they have a really good breakdown of recent controversies in the MLH and provide really good context :)

Goalie fights are when one team’s goalie drops their gloves and approaches the other team’s goalie in a challenge to fight, and we’ve had a particular drought of this brand of fights for the last 4 years in the MLH! (2/?)
