Wemmbu flew back to his and Eggchan's now destroyed empire, it was a lost cause at this point, the rubble piling up, trying to process everything that just happened- PrinceZam, his bestfriend, just betrayed him just like that? He should have listened to Egg..
"You're, just like- so unbelievably weak, that- I'm not even gonna try to kill you!"
Wemmbu's eyes got blurry with tears. Wait- what was that- he slammed into a wall. Which at this point it isn't even a wall anymore! Just a random pile of rocks in the middle of nowhere.. Geez, he should really watch where he's going this time..
He touched his forehead, wet. Wait- wet?
The demon hybrid looked at his hand- stained with a crimson red ichor- blood. Just his luck..
He flew up again, ignoring the dull ache settling in his head right now, he needs to find Egg. Needs to tell what the hell just happened and why Zam had said-
"You're not a threat to the empire, not even a little bit."
Who even says that? Like-? Ouch, you know??
He found Eggchan, finally.
Wemmbu started, "Yo bro, where were you? I've been looking for you everywhere-"
"Brother, you literally flew over me like 5 times." The seraphim interrupted, his eye looking more concerned by the second by how Wemmbu was acting right now, as well as the gash across the purple hybird's forehead right now.
"Dude, your forehead." Egg looked at the gash with concern
"My forehead?" Wemmbu asked in confusion
"IT'S BLEEDING RIGHT NOW" Egg basically screamed at Wemmbu, pointing at the blood dripping down his face
"Oh. Right." Wemmbu realized what as wrong, since he tuned out the pain a few moments ago
"Dude." Egg approached the bleeding demon, already getting health and regen potions from his inventory, he held it up to Wemmbu.
"Drink." He said firmly
"But it's fine-" The demon tried to refuse, talking about it wasting resources and such before Egg gave him a stern look.
"Drink."
"Fine."
Wemmbu berudgingly drank the potions, the gash slowly stiching itself back up till it was healed.
"So? What happened bro?" Egg asked, knowing by instinct that this story that will be told will not end well..
"Oh, right.. well.." Wemmbu was clearly hesitant, maybe another time?
"It's fine, you can just tell me later." Egg reassured, packing the shulkers of whatever they had left,
"Okay, errr.. Where are we going exactly?" Wemmbu asked
"Well, uh, anywhere I guess, since our empire is well.." Egg vaguely pointed to the ruins the empire is right now
"Okay yeah, yeah, makes sense.. I swear I'm going to ban that guy.." Wemmbu threatened, not to egg of course, never to egg.

The duo walked around, looking for a good place to make a little base for now.
"Yo, so like.. Zam literally betrayed me. You know?" Wemmbu muttered suddenly, reminising about what happened earlier that day
"Yeah, this is why you should listen to me." Egg responded back, rubbing it in a little bit.
"I knowwwuhhh.... You don't need to rub it in" Wemmbu whined. yes, whined.
"Heh, this is why I'm the smartest between us two." Egg said with uttermost pride,
"Okay, Egg, sure" Wemmbu said sarcastically.
"ITS TRUE!?" Egg actually took it seriously..

The duo kept talking, talking while walking, while building their base, and eventually it went back to-
"You're, just like- so unbelievably weak, that- I'm not even gonna try to kill you! You're not a threat to the empire, not even a little bit." Wemmbu repeated for the 5th time in the entire time they were building, the words still felt like ash and sandpaper in his mouth, though.
"Thats literally what he said. Like, rude. Right?" Wemmbu complained, trying to ignore how much that hurt.
"Yeah bro, thats messed up." Egg agreed, the blue eye can see wemmbu trembling a bit, his body language was a big giveaway.
A wave of uncomfortable silence washed over the both of them..
"Are you okay, Wemm?" The egg asked in concern.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Wemmbu muttered, sniffling a bit. Curse the gods. He could see Egg tensing a bit. He internally slapped himself.
"Wemmbu.." Egg said, using that tone which displayed the uttermost worry. Egg knew that saying his best friend's name like that was bound to make them reaveal whatever they were hiding. In this case, their feelings and emotions.
"Bro.. Stop doing that.. you know what that does to me.." Wemmbu was now in a quite of a emotional state, now being a bit vulnerable with his feeling and emotions currently.
"Okay, fine, C'mere" Egg gave in (or did he?) and patted the spot next to him as egg was currently sitting on the bed.
"Uhm. Okay.?" Wemmbu agreed cautiously, knowing some of egg's antics by now, being friends for quite literally their whole lives.
"Okay, close your eyes." Egg said, in a almost commanding tone.
"Why." Wemmbu was cautious and curious, Egg had to give him that, Wemmbu was unusally cautious right now..
"Do it." Egg commanded, being assertive,
"No" Wemmbu refused, how stubborn.
"Please?" Egg pleaded
"Fine." Wemmbu close his eyes, his body tensing a bit, what was Egg going to do??
Egg brought his hand up and rubbed and scratched at the skin conjoining with the horns that Wemmbu has.
"Bro.. S-stop that.." Wemmbu opened his eyes instantly, and trying to resist from the pleasure and warmth that was currently invading over his nerves right now, this sucks.
"You like this. don't you?" The six-winged player teased, grinning when the great wemmbu leaned closer to the hand.
"N-no I do- do NOT" Wemmbu hissed halfheartedly, this was so unfair.
And as if fate wanted to ruin Wemmbu's pride even more, he purred. Yes, he purred.
"Dude. You're like a cat right now." Egg teased
"Shut it."Wemmbu snapped, being a bit annoyed that Eggchan was using his weakness like this.
"Sure." Eggchan half-heartely agreed, he was definitely not stopping now.
