Work Text:
Things were disappearing in front of their eyes, Such as the ground which they were rapidly rising away from. Crowley had a white-knuckled grip on the steering wheel, jaw clenched as he peraciously whipped around stars and asteroids, Aziraphale clinging to his arm, trying to catch his breath from all of his previous squealing.
How did the pair end up in such a situation, you might ask?
Well, it begins how it will end, with a page.

The Book of Life had been stolen by an Archangel, Michael, blinded by madness. They sat at the eternal flame, ripping page after page out. Imagine their surprise when the sound of a car engine invaded their rage. Out stepped Crowley and Aziraphale. Crowley boldly strode over to Michael, grabbed their wrist, and tore the book out of their grasp. They huffed indignantly, though not making a move to retaliate.
“There we are.”
Crowley tore out a page, holding it up to show Aziraphale.
“Look, Angle Alpha Centauri”

And so that is how the story of Aziraphale and Crowley ended, the pair watching the stars forever.

OKAY, so yes, this wasn't in the tags, but buckle in, this is my thoughts on the final…So I did indeed like it. Put down your pitchforks, I do still have critiques.
I lowkey thought the “Kiss” hand thing was sweet and fitting. It would have been worse if they had randomly made out in front of God and Satan. It's nice that they are together in every universe.
I do NOT like how they just threw aside the plot of the book (Wouldn't Crowley and Aziraphale have been gone since the book was destroyed?)
This series could have been so much more if we had a whole season
