   Summary

   Michael left on his sabbatical almost six weeks ago now. The ER hasn't been the same without him. Jack wouldn't say they were friends. They were so much more. Doctors rarely have real friends, only classmates or coworkers you bond with like stray dogs. And they really were strays when they first met.
