Summary
Before Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, and Theodore Nott spend their childhood secretly meeting two muggle siblings in the woods surrounding Malfoy Manor. Away from their parents and pureblood expectations, the five of them become best friends and build a small world of their own.
But after Draco steals an ancestral wand to prove magic is real, everything spirals out of control. A fire leaves one child dead, the others traumatized, and the wizarding world determined to erase what happened.
By the time they arrive at Hogwarts, Draco, Theo, and Pansy are closer than ever but they’re carrying grief and the growing realization that the adults raising them may be far crueler than they ever understood as children.
