Chapter Text

It opened to a camp entrance, with a wooden sign that looked recently remade, with a banner saying "Camp Tipiskaw" on the front, being hung up by a bearded man with a strangely dressed doll, as a woman with black hair tied into a ponytail, an orange shirt, black skirt and heels looked up at it as she sighed gently.
"It's been a while, hasn't it?" She asked, before turning to grin at the camera.
"But we're back and better than ever, now featuring the best new host that this show could ask for!"
It cut to her on the bench by the bus stop, smiling more at the camera. "To those just tuning in, let's explain how it works!"
It cut to the inside of a cabin as it panned across said cabin.
"We've hand-selected fourteen people to spend their time here at Camp Tipiskaw for the next four weeks, where every single moment of their not-so-summer vacation will be captured and picked apart endlessly by people online." As she narrated this, it showed cameras everywhere, one coming out of the water, one taped to a moose's head, before cutting to the woman as she sat by a firepit with logs.
"Divided into two teams of seven, they'll compete in challenges, some physical, some mental, and some.... a little in the middle, to spare themselves from having to vote off one of their teammates, and possibly from going home themselves!"
It lastly showed her walking past two banners, an orange one with a shark, and a green one with a condor as she continued smirking.
"Sounds simple? Just you wait! Who will be the last one standing and claim the prize of one-million dollars?!" As she said this, a short man, wearing shorts, and a green shirt with glasses quickly ran up to her, and handed her a glass of water.
"Thank you. I'm your new host, Kristal McLane, and this is, Disventure Camp!" Kristal said as the camera zoomed out, showing her at the bus stop again, the entrance was finalized.
The intro for the season started. A camera opened to the sun before flying down and zooming out to see Kristal watching the man and doll work on the sign, as she grinned at the camera, it flew past her and through the sign as the man fell off the ladder.
It started at one cabin, showing Will nervously walking up to Ashley and Jake, who were sitting on the steps of the cabin talking, as he got up to them, Ashley was happy to let him join in on their interaction, making him seem less stressed, though Jake didn't seem very happy.
It showed Nick walking by the three, ignoring them as he walked to where Lill was trying to make a fire with rocks. As she got the fire going, he looked impressed, not seeing the sparks lit his jacket on fire, as he noticed, he ran off screaming as Lill looked shocked at this.
It moved over to Aiden looking at a bush of flowers, before Jame pulled him in for a selfie, Aiden looking at James annoyed at this, Nick running in the background behind him, Lill quickly behind him trying to help.
It moved over to the dock as Yul and Grett were quietly sitting, before Yul made a comment, which made Grett shove him into the lake suddenly as he screamed as she smirked down at him.
It cut to the middle of the lake where Riya and Connor were in a canoe, enjoying the view, as Connor winked at Riya, making her smile bashfully at him doing this.
It cut to the mess hall, Lake was reading a book as Rosa sat down with food by her, talking to Lake who looked up smiling at Rosa, as Fiore quietly reached for the cookie on Rosa's tray. As she grabbed it, Rosa turned to face her, and Fiore hid it behind her back, faking an innocent smile as Rosa smirked at her, knowing what she did, Lake chuckling.
It then showed the Orange team walking down a path. James aiming to take a selfie while Aiden was ignoring him, Yul in front of them, crossing his arms, glaring at James as Grett glanced at Yul annoyed, Lill leading them and Connor and Riya in the back following them.
Then the Green team, Nick smirking as he walked while WIll looked nervous, missing Lake glancing at him confused. Ashley smiled at Jake who was trying to ignore her. Rosa smiled down at Fiore who looked up at her with a huge grin and big eyes.
As it cut to the campfire, Aiden was shown sitting by Jake who smiled at him, getting one back before James sat between the two, aiming for a selfie of him and Aiden, making Jake look confused at this and Aiden to give the same annoyed look he did earlier as the rest looked annoyed, confused or amused at this as the camera zoomed out to show Kristal at the voting urn, grinning hugely, as the camera panned upwards to show the logo then.
Disventure Camp Season 2.
It opened up to a red and white bus being driven by the same bearded man and puppet earlier, as it went right to two players sitting together.
A taller man with blue hair, fingerless green gloves, a salmon colored shirt, a red and green colored jacket, black shorts and dark green and red sneakers, with clear eye bags under his eyes as he sighed, looking out the window. Jacob Hamlton.
Next to him was a shorter man, long black and white hair tied up in a ponytail, a black and white long sleeve shirt, with a red hoodie with a bird on it, black jeans and black and pink sneakers on, as he glanced at Jake. Aiden Brooks.
When Jake noticed, he boredly looked at Aiden who looked surprised at Jake turning to him.
"Uh…can I help you?" Jake asked boredly, as Aiden laughed awkwardly.
"Ah, s-sorry! Just, uh, you look familiar. Have we met before?”
“I'm pretty sure I'd remember if we did.” Jake said, uninterestedly.
“um…right, but I swear I've seen you somewhere. Have you been on TV before?” Aiden asked.
"No…well, I did a musical a year ago...for......someone." Jake sighed.
"Oh? I love musicals! Which one did you do?"
"Uh...... Hamelton." Jake said, as Aiden's eyes went wide as he happily smiled.
"Oh I love that one! Back in high school, I was a big musical theater kid....I was kinda hoping that being here would get more people to see me, why'd you come on?"
"Watched season one.......my brother thought this would help me." Jake sighed.
"Who was your favorite player?"
"I guess......Hunter or Tom.......... Ally was fun I guess-." Jake said, but was interrupted, as the person sitting across the aisle from them spoke up.
"Excuse me chaps." A mid twenties British man with blond hair, and a dark blue suit, with a black dress shirt and brown shoes said to them.
"Uh yeah?" Aiden asked
“Do you know what the rooms are like in this bloody place they're bringing us to?” Nick asked, genuinely curious.
“Uh…rooms?” Jake asked, unamused.
“Yeah, I only came onto this bloody show to prove to my parents that I can ruff it out, without needing them. So I'm assuming there's only a double size bed and one bathroom each.” Nick said, as Aiden and Jake looked at each other oddly.
“You can handle that.” Jake said boredly to Aiden, as he flopped back into the seat.
“Yeah, I see the confusion. This isn't Big Brother, this is much more like that survival show, and if what I…heard about last season is true, we'll all be sleeping in tents.” Aiden explained, trying to be civil, but Nick looked disgusted and annoyed.
“What!? Are you talking the piss with me right now!? Tents!? That's completely inhumane!!!” Nick ranted, which made Aiden rear back a little in shock, and Jake side-eyed him very annoyed.
“Clearly you didn't read the contacts they gave us.” Jake said, very monotone.
“Yeah, well why should I have?”
"It told us what we'd be doing somewhat." Aiden said, trying to reason with him.
“If you actually had, you would've spared up from your whining right now, cause clearly you wouldn't have come here otherwise.” Jake said, clearly irritated but still monotone.
"Please! A Milton can do anything they put their mind to, this'll be a walk in the park! I'll win this thing, get an extra million in the bank, and won't have to be around wankers like you two.” Nick said smugly.
As Aiden and Jake looked at NIck unamused, a small annoyed groan from the row in front of them was heard as someone got up and walked past them, making the three stare in surprise.
"You're all too noisy!" The person said, slightly whiny as they kept walking.
It cut farther down to a pair already looking annoyed.
"Ugh. This bus is just as shitty as it looked last season, and that's not a good sign!" A brunette haired plus sized woman, with a yellow dress, golden heels, golden bracelets and golden sunglasses on top of her head complained as she crossed her arms. Gretchen "Grett" Clark
"And I thought only your appearance was hard on people, your voice is worse than nails on a chalkboard" A skinny man, with an ugly haircut and a black long sleeve shirt with flames on his shirt that ended at his midwiff, ripped jeans and yellow and orange sneakers. Kim Yul.
"Bite me mop top." Grett scowled, as Yul glared at her.
'That's not a very funny joke…. some would find that kind of humor insensitive." A very tall girl, about sixteen, with long blond hair, long white socks, greenish blue sneakers, a black skirt, and a green, long sleeve blouse, said, as Grett and Yul glanced at her. Lake Muller.
Before either could say anything, an African American man with black jeans, a yellow t-shirt and purple vest with sunglasses covering his eyes and white sneakers popped up, holding out his phone as he looked down at Lake then Yul.
"You're right, Flower Girl. Can you say something funnier flame boy?" James smirked, flipping his glasses up when he looked down at Yul. Yul grinned at James, while Grett glared at him.
"You like that?" Lake asked, as Yul looked at her.
"Oh no, Maria Von Trapp was offended? How will I ever survive?!" Yul faked sadness, before checking his pulse and grinned.
"Oh! I survived." He cackled, before they all froze at someone walking by.
"Uh.....is everything alright?" Lake asked, looking down at the girl walking down the aisle, who looked to be about seven. She had long brown hair with a yellow headband with a white heart on each side, a long sleeve yellow shirt, a dark blue overall dress with a large pink heart on the front pocket, yellow and white sneakers and long pink cat socks as she smiled brightly up at Lake. Fiorella "Fiore" Ricci.
"Yeah......those boys up in front are getting a little loud..... it's getting harder to draw." She innocently said, as Lake smiled gently.
"Well whatever it is you're drawing, I hope you can find a place to finish it." Lake said, not being able to mention the girl being a literal child!
James chuckled, as Fiore happily walked to the end of the bus, as Lake gently sighed.
Looking back at Yul, she saw him looking actually surprised as she raised a brow.
"What?" She asked.
"That's a child!" Yul said, as Grett scoffed.
"And she's more mature than you are already. Which is baffling." Grett smirked, as Yul shot a glare at her. James laughed at the joke.
It cut to a woman with purple hair tied into a ponytail, a green top, yellow necklace, golden bracelets, dark blue shin length pants and blue and green sneakers. Rosa Maria Reveiera
As Rosa smiled, she glanced at the person sitting across from her, a tall girl with long blond hair, light blue overall dress with a pink shirt underneath, brown gloves and boots and a cowboy hat on, as she smiled widely. Ashley Graham.
“Wow! Your necklace is so beautiful.” Ashley said smiling, gesturing to her necklace. Rosa smiled softly as she looked down, gently touching her necklace.
“Thank you, I love it cause it shows that I'm a proud Libra, also with a Leo rising!” Rosa said proudly.
“Huh?” Ashley said, looking confused from this, as Rosa sheepishly smiled.
“It's my star sign…sorry, I can be a little obsessive about these things.” She giggled, slightly embarrassed.
“It's alright. I'm certainly not familiar with these star signs y'all are talking about, but I'm certainly familiar with getting super invested in something.” Ashley said.
“Oh really? You have a special interest too?” Rosa asked, smiling curiously.
“Not really, but my little sister and brother do. Especially my brother Travis, he changes hobbies and interests more times than he changes his own socks. But it's the big sibling thing to do to support his interests!" Ashley said proudly, making Rosa smile.
“Though, I'd be happy if he just changed his socks.” Ashley joked, making Rosa giggle, loving her energy.
"Oh, I like you! I'm Rosa Maria!"
"Ashley! I hope we're on the same team!”
“Back at you cowgirl! It would be great being on the same team as a…Taurus? I think? What are you anyway?” Rosa asked curiously.
“I think I'm…pretty hungry right now.” Ashley said, patting her belly, before laughing at Rosa rolling her eyes playfully.
“No but seriously, what's your star sign? When is your birthday?” Rosa asked.
“November 19th.”
“November 19th? That's…..surprising.” Rosa said hesitantly.
“Why's that?” Ashley asked, confused.
“Well…Ah, it's not important! I can already tell it'll be great having a friend like you on my team.” Rosa said proudly, making Ashley grin.
“Agree! Especially after how last season's challenges went, some of those got intense.”
"They did?!"
Both girls jumped at the sudden yell, as they turned to look at the seat right behind Ashley, where they saw the person there looking terrified now.
He was a large man, with a black shirt with a yellow-green emblem of a triangle with 3 spirals, a green jacket, jeans, greenish yellow sneakers and had his hair tied into a bun. Will Huges.
“Jesus man.” Rosa said, slightly irritated from his sudden yell.
"Sorry, I'm a little on edge. I'm not sure I can handle any really intense challenges, and last season had that big scary Russian dude! What if he's back!?" Will said, clearly nervous.
Ashley couldn't help but chuckle, as she turned around, kneeling up onto her seat to face him.
"We'll be alright. That scary guy isn't coming back, they have a new bus driver who seems way less scary. Thought that puppet he has is kinda weird. But it's gonna be fine." Ashley said, giving him a bright reassuring smile, which seemed to make him less tense.
"She's right. It was promised to not have the same issues that last season had, including less extreme challenges." Rosa said, also trying to reassure him, but Will seemed more freaked out by what she said.
"Extreme!? What do you mean?”
"Well, there was a challenge in a cave with giant scorpions, and another where they had to survive a zombie apocalypse!" Rosa explained excitingly, remembering how exciting those challenges were to watch. Not realizing how freaked out this made Will.
"GIANT SCORPIONS?! ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!?!?"
Will was now really starting to fully freak out. Rosa only now realising she probably shouldn't have said that.
“Hey hey hey, woah now, calm down, everything's gonna be fine.” Ashley said, gripping his shoulder firmly but softly, giving him another bright smile, which this time he gave a small one in return.
“Thanks.” Will said softly.
Neither noticing Rosa putting a hand over her mouth as she grinned widely, she knew exactly what was happening here.
"Did you see last season?" Ashley asked.
"Some parts....... I missed the last few episodes..." Will looked down.
"Hey. It's not a problem, you'll learn as you play!" Ashley grinned.
"Yeah....." Will mumbled.
The three then saw Fiore looking between seats by them, finding the back end of the bus more quiet from the others. Ashley quickly turned around to sit back down and smiled at her.
“Howdy!” Ashley smiled, as Fiore smiled up at her.
“Hello! Sorry, I'm just finding a quieter place for me to keep drawing.” Fiore said, holding her journal tight to her chest, as Rosa put a head to her chest, finding it adorable.
“You can sit with us, we won’t be too noisy.” Ashley said, as Fiore gave a tiny pout.
“I can sit by myself. I’m a big girl”
“You are, but I would also really like to see what you’re drawing.” Ashley said kindly, leaning down closer to her.
Fiore seemed hesitant, but as she looked at the three looking down at her and smiling, she sighed and put on a big smile.
“Okay!” She said, as Ashley suddenly picked her up by her armpits and sat her on her lap, much to Fiore's surprise, but she didn't mention it.
She opened her journal and went back to drawing something, as the three adults all leaned down to see what it was.
“So what is it your drawing there?” Rosa asked, leaning over.
“Ponies!” Fiore cheered gleefully, showing her drawings.
“Woah, those are really good.” Will said.
“They are! You know where I live, I see those everyday.” Ashley said, pointing at the page, as Fiore looked up at her in awe.
“Really?” She asked, eyes sparkling. Ashley giggled at her adorableness and bounced her a little on her lap, making her giggle.
Rosa cooed over how adorable this little girl was. But then looked down, looking a little hurt, as she also reminded her of something else.
Don't think about her right now, she couldn't get destracted.
Lastly it showed a dark skinned woman with long dark brown hair tied into a ponytail, with a yellow dress with red flowers on it, red jacket and matching leggings, with yellow sneakers, Riya Sharma.
She sighed as she looked out the window.
“Hey, are you okay?” Asked the man sitting next to her, as she turned her head around to face him.
Sitting right beside her was an older man with grey hair, a blue Hawaiian shirt with white flowers on it, tan cargo shorts, black shoes and a dark pair of sun glasses. Connor Blake.
“Yes thank you, I'm…just a little nervous.” She said, looking down as she fiddled her thumbs anxiously.
“Ah, I get it. First time camping ah?” He asked, smiling, putting a hand on her shoulder, as she raised an eyebrow at him.
“Actully, that's not what…never mind. Also no, I've never been camping like this. The closest I've done to this was me and my sister camping in our living room.” Riya explained, smiling as she seemed to be reminiscing.
"I've had experience with the scouts growing up, not as hard once you do it a few times." Connor chuckled.
"Oh really? What did you learn?" Riya giggled.
"I can make fire in a blink of an eye, you'll be shocked. I also know how to make the best double knot ever." He chuckled, as Riya held laughter in.
"Have you learned how to do a triple knot?"
They looked over to see an older woman with red hair, and she had on a scout uniform, long green pants, boots, vest with badges and a necktie and a matching colored headband. Lill Danvers.
"They introduced a triple one in scouts?"
"Yes. I taught my girls how to do it..... took them awhile but they learned." She chuckled.
“Um…I'll have to get back to you on that.” Connor chuckled, kinda awkwardly, making the two women giggle a bit.
"I hope being out here isn't a super hard struggle...." Riya mumbled.
"You'll be fine." Lill offered with a smile, as Riya gently smiled back.
At the bus suddenly stopping, they all fell forward, a bang being heard farther up.
"What the fuck?!" Yul snapped, as he was slammed face first into the seat in front of him.
"Alright everyone, time for your first challenge. Nina here will explain." The bearded man stood up, as he held up the doll with him.
"It's simple. You'll race on foot to the entrance to the camp, where the last two to arrive will be eliminated… FOREVER!" She said in a demonic voice, making everyone feel uncomfortable.
But as soon as she finished saying that, Fiore jumped off Ashley's lap without a second thought, much to Ashley's surprise. As well as everyone else's surprise at seeing the little girl quickly run out without hesitation.
Everyone glanced at each other for a few seconds, before they all quickly scrambled off the bus and started running after her.
"I don't think they'll be happy with that Nina." Marcus said.
"Who cares. They're to stupid to think about it more." Nina rolled her eyes, as Lake stopped when she got to the front.
"Sir, have you considered seeing a psychiatrist?" She asked, Nina and Marcus glanced at each other.
It cut to Fiore, as she was running as fast as she could, panting a little as she heard heavier footsteps running up behind her.
"You took off fast, and have some speed on you." Ashley chuckled, as Fiore looked up at her.
"I had to! If not....I could be last......I don't want to be out first because I can't outrun adults! It's not fair!" Fiore whined, eyes sparkling and lips quivering as she looked down.
"Oh...I get that fear." Will said sheepishly, as he caught up to the two girls before Ashley smiled.
"Hold up! I have an idea!" Ashley said, as the three slowed down and stopped running.
"What?" Fiore asked, as Ashley kneeled down in front of her.
"Hop on little cowgirl!" Ashley cheered, smiling back to her. Though Fiore seemed slightly hesitant for a second.
“Okay…” She said, as she slowly climbed onto Ashley's back.
“Y'all better hold on tight!” Ashley cried out, as she stood back up, and quickly took off running.
Leaving Will behind, who was stunned for a few seconds at just seeing Ashley's sudden burst of speed.
“Yee-haw!” Ashley cried out, as she sprinted with the little girl on her back. Fiore was shocked at how fast they were going, and nestled her face into the cowgirl’s long blond hair.
“Oh! I know I said hold on tight, but that don't mean you should be trying to choke me out there.” Ashley giggled, as she felt Fiore's little arms wrapped around her neck, with a surprisingly tight grip as she seemed to be holding on for dear life.
“Sowwy.” Fiore said, though she was muffled by her face still buried in Ashley's hair. Also, sue her for not wanting to die! Even if she did like how crazy Ashley was behaving right now.
Confessional: Ashley
"I don't understand. What's a little girl doing participating in this!? She reminds me of my own baby sister, she's about her age and height, and has her same energy too! I couldn't ever imagine my own little sis in such a dangerous show. But I knew I couldn't just leave her behind and just get eliminated, that wouldn't be fair to her. Besides, what's helping such a sweet little girl get slightly more time in the game, gonna do that’ll hurt my game?"
Confessional End
It cut to Lake running peacefully by herself, when Grett came up behind her, trying her hardest to keep up with her.
“Hey!”
“Hello.” Lake said gently with a kind smile, as she looked down at her.
“I just wanted to say…thank you…for what you said on the bus to that bigot." Grett said, as Lake looked surprised.
"Oh, don't mention it."
“Hey ya chicas! What are we talking about?” Rosa asked, as she ran up beside them.
“I was just thanking her for what she did on the bus earlier.” Grett explained, unamused by her nosiness.
"What did she do?" Rosa asked, curiously.
"Well if you must know, she called out that flamed shirt prick for being a miserable piece of shit." Grett explained, with a satisfied, smug smirk.
"Oh? That's great!" Rosa said, smiling up at Lake, who sheepishly looked away.
"And then he got his face slammed into the seat! It was so satisfying." Grett said gleefully, holding in a snort.
Rosa giggled a little at hearing this, while Lake was feeling a little uncomfortable with Grett for some reason. It just felt to her like there was something Grett wanted from her.
“Um…was there…something else you wanted?” Lake asked hesitantly.
“Well…now that you mention it, I've noticed you seem very smart and well…normal. So I wanted to propose an alliance to you.” Grett said, slyly and confidently.
“An alliance?” Rosa asked, interested.
“Yes…and, I suppose you could join too, since three would be better than two.” Grett shrugged.
"Well....I heard that a three person alliance did well last season…so, sure!" Rosa smiled, not seeing much wrong with Grett.
"Uh... sure." Lake laughed quietly, clearly nervous. Neither of the other two girls caught this.
Confessional: Lake
“I'm not sure why, but…there's something about Grett that…reminds me of…certain things back home. I'd rather avoid that.....but hopefully we aren't on the same team so this alliance isn't gonna happen....she reminds me of....it doesn't matter."
Confessional End
It cut to Nick running, trying to keep up with everyone else, but he was clearly struggling. He started to slow down and then stopped, trying to catch his breath. He clearly was not used to running.
As he was stopped, he noticed Lill pass by him quite easily, much to his annoyance at the older woman easily passing him out.
But when Lill looked back and noticed how exhausted he looked, she came to a stop, turned around and went back over to him.
“Here, drink this! It's important to drink plenty of water.” She said, handing him a canteen.
Nick looked up, surprised and confused at this, but he didn't really care, he was thirsty! So he quickly grabbed the canteen and started chugging it.
"Why.......are you stopping....to help me?" Nick asked, as he chugged the water down, also trying to catch his breath. He was too exhausted to complain more, especially as more people were already passing them out.
"As a scout leader, it's my job to help everyone first, then worry about myself."
"This is a game for a million dollars. I sure as bloody hell wouldn't do that."
"Well, I'm showing my girls the noble thing to do, which is to always help someone in need." Lill said proudly, giving a salute. Nick just looked dumbfounded.
"You're trying to show your daughters the importance of morals, in this kind of competition?" Nick asked, unimpressed.
“They're not actually my kids, they're my girl scouts troupe. I…never had kids…so I love each and every one of them like they were my own kids.” Lill said, as Nick handed her back the canteen.
“I see. But still, do you honestly think this is the kind of place that's good for showing little girls the value of being noble and moral?” Nick asked, still unconvinced.
"Well, they did say this was a camping themed show, so I felt this was perfect for me." Lill smiled proudly, as Nick looked concerned at what she said.
“I have to ask…when you say “camping”...what exactly does that mean? That we're all gonna have to sleep inside…tents?” He asked, looking uncomfortable
“I don't believe that was outright said in our contracts, but I do hope so. There's no better feeling than being able to ruff it out in nature.” Lill said gleefully, but then noticed Nick looking upset.
“What's wrong?” She asked, concerned.
“It's…a long story…” Nick said quietly.
“It's okay, you don't have to tell me anything you don't want to.” Lill said gently, with a warm smile, which made Nick smile a little.
Then they both saw Rosa, Lake and Grett run past them, Nick shook his head with an irritated groan.
"Oh bloody hell! We're both gonna lose, and I'm dragging you down with me!" Nick said annoyed, while Lill only looked more determined.
"We can still make it, just put your back into it." Lill said, as she ran in place next to him, before racing off.
Nick was surprised by her energy, but then a determined look came onto his face, mimicking hers, as he started running after her.
He managed to keep up with her for long enough that she saw him following, as she smiled back at him.
But then he started slowing down again, panting. He saw what she meant about the importance of drinking plenty of water.
Confessional: Nick
"That woman is…different, from the ones I'm used to seeing back home.......but I respect her drive and determination. Something I'm going to be showing my folks that I have out here!"
Confessional End
It cuts to James, Aiden, Yul, and Riya running in a group, as Yul was in the middle of explaining something to the three.
"And after that became a hit online, fast forward one-million followers later... came the first of many major brand deals! Thanks to my stellar choreography." Yul said gloating, as James smirked more at him.
"And yet, I haven't heard of you or the dances you've done." He said, as Yul looked back at him unamused.
"Huh, sorry, do you live in South Korea?" Yul scoffed, as James chuckled.
"Clearly not."
"Exactly. That's why I like coming to this side of the world. Cause here amongst you uglies, I can be a hot, normal guy." Yul said, as James kept smirking.
"Well I'll join you in the million-followers club after I milk my time on this show for every follower! No more hiding in the background! And to you, the viewers watching at home, follow my TikTok, @JamesCosta! You'll see any and every kind of video!" James cheered, as he looked at the camera.
“Geez, you guys are really popular. I'm starting to get annoyed with my 200 followers on Instagram.” Aiden chuckled, as James smiled back at him.
“Oh don’t worry about that, I can just upload a selfie with you, and you'll have a million followers soon enough. I'm sure my followers will love you!” James said confidently, though Aiden seemed slightly conflicted.
“Thanks, but it's really not that big of a deal.” He shrugged, as James looked surprised at this.
"Woah! A million followers… Huh, I can't even imagine that many!" Riya gently said.
Confessional: Riya
"Coming from Bollywood, it's my dream to make my debut in Hollywood! ...sadly, after three years, the only roles I've gotten in films have been extras...... James is right! I don't want to be in the background forever.....I need to stay on the show for as long as possible!"
Confessional End
At hearing someone panting, they all turned to see Connor running up from behind them, as he chuckled
"Speaking of social networks....anyone here got a MySpace? You know, other than myself?" He asked, grinning as Riya and Aiden glanced at each other looking confused, before Aiden turned his head back towards Connor.
"Uh...what the hell is MySpace?" He asked.
"Facebook before facebook. Which no one has used in two decades" James said unimpressed, as Yul snorted gently, a cynical smirk forming.
"Attention! Someone please come claim your grandpa! He's escaped the retirement home, and the dementia's already hitting hard!" Yul mocked as James chuckled.
The four ran ahead, leaving the older man behind looking really disappointed.
"...I don't agree with his comments...but you should...probably hang out with people your age." Jake dryly said, running by as Connor sighed, looking down.
It cut to the entrance of the camp where we see Kristal sitting on the bench, talking on the phone with someone while looking annoyed.
"No, Dad, I don't need your advice about how to host MY show! ...Yes, because I'm not gonna be ending up like you! There's a reason I was chosen to host, and a reason people are slowly not wanting to compete on YOUR show any– Oh, uh, wait, I have to go." She hung up, before standing up, grinning, as she walked over and stood in between the green and orange coloured mats on the ground.
"And now, with the campers starting to arrive, we'll be placing them onto their teams, based on order of arrival!"
Kristal looked over, and grinned at seeing the first person running up, then looked surprised at what she saw.
"Uh....Ashley is first, so is the first member of the Green Team…and I guess…Fiore is second? …so is the first member of the Orange Team.” Kristal shrugged, not really bothered to ask.
Ashley let Fiore hop down, as she then skipped over to the Orange mat, waving at Ashley, who happily waved back.
At Will running up, Kristal smiled again.
"Will! Green Team!" Kristal said, as Will and Ashley smiled at each other.
Lill ran past Kristal next.
"Lill! Orange Team!" Lill glanced down at Fiore, who gave an adorable smile, as Lill smiled back in return.
"Lake! Green Team!" Lake gently waved at Ashley and Will, both smiling at her.
"James, Orange." As James ran up, he pulled out his phone for a selfie. Lill and Fiore glancing at each other in confusion at this.
"Rosa María, Green." Rosa and Ashley grinned at each other, hi-fiving at this result.
"Yul, Orange." Yul strolled up, looking at his team unamused. Fiore and Lill now looked slightly worried, as James smirked at Yul, who returned it.
"Jake, Green." At Jake getting to the Green team, Ashley excitedly held out her hand to him for a high five, but Jake just turned away, with his arms crossed, looking uninterested, much to Ashley's surprise.
"Aiden Orange." Aiden ran up to his team, grinning before seeing both Yul and Fiore. One was a literal child, and the other was...already not very pleasant.
"Grett, Green." Grett smirked at Rosa and Lake at seeing them with her, Lake being hesitant with her smile.
"Riya, Orange." Riya got to her team just in time, but looked concerned about her teammates. Two older people, a child, a guy taking a selfie, and…Yul.
"And our last two players…Nick, Green Team, and Connor, Orange Team!”
"Wait what!? ...the two of them are on teams? So we weren't gonna get eliminated for arriving last?" Fiore asked, very confused.
"Don't know why you're bitching, your time won't be long here anyway." Yul smirked, as a lot of his team glanced at him annoyed.
"Who said anything about being eliminated?" Kristal asked, confused.
"The bearded man on the bus, with the weird dollie." Fiore said, everyone nodding at her saying that.
"...You mean Nina?" She chuckled gently. "That explains it. No elimination just yet, just teams." Kristal said, as Fiore crossed her arms, pouting at this.
So she was worried over NOTHING!
"Wait, aren't you Kristal? As in, Kristoff's--?" Aiden started to ask, when Kristal suddenly came up right into his face.
"I'm Kristal! …McLane. The host of this show, and the host who can and WILL eliminate you on the spot if you say one more word. Got it?" Kristal said, eye twitching, making the entire Orange team rear back in surprise at this, as Aiden held up his hands, nodding rapidly, only a whimpering escaping his mouth.
"Good! We'll get along great then! Orange Team, you'll be called the Radioactive Sharks from here on out, take the path to the right. Green Team, you’re the Angry Condors, take the path to the left. There you'll find your respective team's cabin, where you'll have the night to rest before your first challenge tomorrow." Kristal said.
“Cabins ah? So no tents? Now that's what I call camping! Fancy that.” Nick said smugly, grinning over at Aiden on the other mat, who just looked irritated by him now.
"Serosuly!? Sharing a cabin with…this lot!? Ugh!" Yul scoffed, as almost everyone on his team looked at him annoyed.
"Do you want a million dollars, or not?” Kristal asked smugly.
"No way in hell can this be worth it."
"Okay. Then I guess you forfeit, and will be sent home then." Kristal shrugged, smirking, as Yul's eyes went wide.
"What! No no no no no no no! I didn't mean it!" Yul said pleading, the moment it sounded like she was dead serious, as Kristal smirked at him.
"Good. Remember to watch how you talk, because I can and WILL eliminate you if there's too much back talk. Reminder, get to know each other, team work is important for later...so have fun." Kristal said, in a sickly sweet tone, making everyone more nervous.
It cut to the Orange team's cabin, where we see James and Aiden sitting together at a bench, and Riya and Yul who were sitting on the steps of the cabin.
We also see Lill, who just seemed to be admiring the wilderness around them. But she also looked around at her teammates, over on the bench, and on the steps, as she seemed to be pondering something.
Confessional: Lill
“I'm a little disappointed that the survival aspect of the show has been reduced a lot compared to last season. Even still, coming into this, I know that winning is all about making friends and alliances.”
Confessional End
Lill then walked over to Riya and Yul. Though Yul didn't seem very pleasant, she did have a nice exchange with Riya on the bus.
“Hey.” She smiled, as they both looked up at her.
“Hello.” Riya said cheerfully, while Yul just side-eyed her, unamused.
"Just out of curiosity, what would you do if either of you won the million dollars?" Lill asked curiously, as Yul just scoffed at her.
“Eww, did you pick that up in "Small Talk For Dummies?” Yul asked mockingly, as Lill looked down at him unamused.
“I'm not really sure, I guess I didn't really think that much about it. The money isn't even really why I came here.” Riya said, as Lill looked curiously at her.
“And who cares what I'd do with the money! Not like I need any of it with all my sponsorships." Yul said, as Riya raised a brow at him.
"What exactly is it you do?" She asked, sorta curious now.
"Isn't it obvious? I possess star quality! Duh! What more do I need?!" Yul said, smugly.
"OK....but what is it you actually do?" Riya asked again, as Yul groaned.
"Ugh, Fine! I dance, OK? My parents forced me into a competition at 15, and my performance went viral. So now I'm a big time Korean dancer. There! Enough twenty questions! What do you do?!"
"I'm uh.....a bollywood actress." Riya said quietly, looking down, as Yul smirked.
"Well Bollywood, you can learn a thing or two then." Yul said, gesturing to himself, as Riya looked unamused by this, as Lill looked back at Yul confused.
"So if you don't need the money.....why are you here? You certainly don't seem invested in nature." Lill said.
"Jesus! You're both just nosy bitches! But if you MUST know. I'm forced to be here by my agent, who thinks that hanging around with what he deems as "normal people" will somehow magically save my public image.”
"Save it from what?" Lill asked, curious but also hesitant.
"From the faked leaked footage of me pushing a woman down an escalator. Greedy old hag was just in it for an easy payday, all because she was a clumsy old blind bat!" Yul explained, as Riya and Lill looked at each other, shocked at this, as Lill sighed.
"If that's actually true, and you are as famous as you say you are, then I don't think that's a proper example to set for people." Lill said, as Yul looked annoyed.
"And who exactly are you to say that? Are you a big star?”
"No, but I've raised my girls to be respectful, which is only taught by example. It's important as a scout leader to teach anyone and everyone with a certain level of respect." Lill said, as Yul laughed.
"Right, learning how to hide smells with bear shit, drinking piss and being bitten by pests all day. Totally respectable." Yul said mockingly, as Lill looked really angry now, but she just let out a deep sigh.
"Well, I'll make sure they never turn out like you, that's for certain!" Lill said, as she stormed off, as Riya shook her head, walking off too, as Yul scoffed.
Confessional: Yul
"Okay, so I'm really meant to feel guilty because some old hag thinks she knows better than me? She better watch it, cause it's very easy to begin imagining her being at the bottom of an escalator right now!”
Confessional End
It cut to James and Aiden over on the bench, both wincing as Lill stormed past them, James then glanced back at Aiden, and smirked.
"Well that's a mess." James chuckled, while Aiden was looking in the direction Lill went, before turning his head back to James.
"Yeah, guess you can say that." Aiden said a little awkwardly, then raised a brow at seeing James scrolling on his phone.
"Question. Who do you think the most popular contestant of last season was?" James asked, as Aiden stared in confusion now.
"Why do you want to know that?" Aiden asked, as James chuckled.
"So I know how many followers I need to pass them." James said, as Aiden just looked at him uninterestedly.
"Right…well good luck beating Hunter. Uh, who I only know because…he came up on my feed! Weird, cause I haven't watched the show before." Aiden chuckled nervously, as James just stared at him, unconvinced.
"...Right, and why is he the most popular?" James asked, unamused.
"Uh....well, if the comments that I read are right, he's basically the person fans left wanting more of. People loved his relatability and charming dorky personality. Some also loved his romance....but that's subjective. Usually your personality decides how much people love you. Like Tom has some fans, despite being super mysterious still-." Aiden rambled, before quickly stopping at seeing James smirking.
“What?”
"Oh nothing, just a little surprising that you know so much about season one, despite never watching it.” James teased knowingly.
"I-I.....didn't! …social media! I read a lot about it on social media! I mean you know everything about that, don't you?" Aiden rapidly asked, as James chuckled.
“I suppose I do. After all, I'm only one of the biggest influencers in the world! By the way, what's your social media?” James asked, as Aiden raised a brow at him.
“Um…@E_BOY. Why do you-Hey!” Aiden said, before being cut off by James suddenly pulling him in for a selfie.
James then started rapidly typing up something on his phone, before Aiden could hear a swoosh sound on the phone.
“What did you just do?” Aiden asked, before James suddenly put his phone up to his face, as Aiden read the post on it.
“Just hanging with my new buddy @E_BOY on Disventure Camp S2!”
#DreamAlliance
“I told you, you'll now have a million followers in no time!” James grinned confidently, as Aiden just rolled his eyes, clearly unamused.
“Geez, thanks…also, is that hashtag supposed to be some bizarre way of asking me to be in an alliance with you?”
“Yup! We can totally be #DreamAlliance!”
"I don't think making an alliance this early is such a good idea." Aiden said, clearly unconvinced by this idea.
“Is there really such a thing as making an alliance too early? We should be trying to make alliances ASAP, that's how we stay in the game.” James said unamused, as Aiden opened his mouth to retort, before stopping and sighing.
"Okay, I guess you're right. Fine, I guess we're…#DreamAlliance.” Aiden said unamused, as James grinned widely.
"Great! We stick together, and nothing's gonna stop us from achieving our goals." James said, as Aiden nodded.
"Sure." Aiden said, as he grabbed his hair slightly nervously, which James noticed.
Confessional: Aiden
“I'm not exactly…thrilled to be working with James, but having numbers is important in this game. Especially with Yul already causing drama, and with having a child and two older people on the team who won't help much in challenges. Still, I'm definitely weary about James, cause I think he knows I've watched the show before, but luckily, I'm pretty sure I managed to throw him off.”
Confessional: James
"He's obviously watched the show before. But, I have no reason to expose his secret yet. I'll let him live in the bliss that he fooled me......but, I like him, he has a snarky side to him that I like. I'd rather play long term with him…and I think my followers would agree."
Confessional End
It cut to the inside of the cabin, where we see Connor just outside the door, looking inside through the window.
He saw that Fiore was the only one in there, laying on her stomach in one of the top bunks, as she smiled while kicking her feet behind her.
He walked inside and gently closed the door behind him as it creaked. As he walked up closer to her, he noticed that she was scribbling in what looked to be a journal or a dairy, as she giggled at what she was writing.
Connor paused, he had to make a good first impression this time....after his earlier failure with that dumb myspace comment. Luckily, she was only a child, so it wouldn't be that hard to impress her.
He suddenly cleared his throat, and leaned up against the bunk bed, trying to look cool.
"So…how's it hanging, kiddo? Just chillin'? Letting those thoughts go to paper?" Connor asked, as Fiore looked surprised, and looked down at him confused.
Connor mentally groaned, realizing what he said didn't sound nearly as cool as it did in his head.
"Uh....yeah......just......drawing a portrait of Teddy...." Fiore said, pointing across the bed, as he saw the teddy bear sitting at the end of the bed in front of her.
"Well....how about you let me see how it came out, huh?" Connor said, as he started climbing onto the top bunk.
He didn't notice her eyes going wide in panic at this, as she quickly knocked the pink, sparkly pen she was using off the bed, as it hit the floor and rolled under the bed. She then looked up at him, eyes sparkling and lip pouting.
"Can you pick that up please? I don't want to lose my princess pen." Fiore asked, as Connor chuckled.
"Sure kiddo." He said, getting down, and looking under her bunk.
While he was doing that, she quickly flipped through the pages of her diary, until she found a page that made her relax.
Connor then stood back up, and held out the pen which she took, smiling sweetly.
"Thank you Mr.....um......" She said, as Connor blinked.
"Blake. But please, Connor's fine kiddo. Mr. makes me sound old." He chuckled, as he climbed up onto the top bunk.
"Aren't you old though?" Fiore asked, before covering her mouth at seeing he looked slightly hurt.
"I....I'm sorry, did I say something wrong?" She asked, looking guilty.
"No, don't worry about it kiddo, you didn't say anything wrong…I guess even you can see it, huh?." He sighed.
He then glanced down at the page that was opened in her diary, seeing neat looking pencil drawings of ponies and stars, actually they looked really good for a seven year old...
"Wow. Your drawings are really good.....amazing actually! If you keep doing this, you could become a famous artist someday." Connor smiled.
"Like Van Gogh?" Fiore asked innocently.
"Um…Van who?" Connor asked.
"He was a Dutch painter from the 1800s, who made a super pretty star painting called starry night!" Fiore giggled, grinning adorable, as Connor looked surprised.
“Woah, and how does a little girl like you know that?” Connor asked curiously, as Fiore's eyes went wide again.
“...um…my mommy and daddy know how much I love art, so they showed me that starry night painting he did.” She explained, giving him her most innocent looking face.
"Ah, I see. Well hey, maybe if you work hard enough, you can be like him someday." Connor said, as Fiore gasped.
“Really?” She asked, excitement in her big eyes.
Connor chuckled at this, and ruffled the top of her head, though she didn't seem very pleased by this at all.
“Stop!” She cried out, as she started rapidly swatting at his hand with her own little hands, before he pulled his hand off her.
“Oop, sorry.” He said, slightly embarrassed, as she processed to flatten down the hair on top of her head.
“IT'S… fine. I just really don't like my hair being all messy.” She said, trying not to yell, as she finished making her hair all neat again.
“I understand. Don't worry, I won't mess up your hair again. But I do hope I can make sure you’re alright here. I know you might feel scared, being so far away from your folks back home.” Connor said, as Fiore looked a little down, but gave him a soft smile.
“Thank you. You're really sweet Mr, I mean Connor.” She said giggling, as Connor smiled down at her warmly.
It cut to the Green trailer as shouting was heard from inside as it cut to inside showing NIck throwing the blanket as he was in the middle of bitching.
"When they said cabins I was expecting something cozy and fancy, not this rubbish! There's splinters everywhere, there's something on the wall there that doesn't look clean and look at these sheets, they've never been clean, Milton shouldn't even be touching these!" Nick snapped as he missed how most of the team (Baring Will and Lake) were staring at him as he ranted.
"Uh..... that's mold." Lake pointed out as Nick ignored her.
"They expect us to take this crap?!" Nick ranted more.
"¡Dios mío! El juego ni siquiera ha empezado." Rosa gently grumble, massaging her head.
"I feel if you at least tried it, it wouldn't be that big of a deal." Ashley tried to reason.
"Summer camps aren't clean, my brother went to one..... honestly he deserved to go to it, but not important." Grett shrugged, sitting on her bed.
Nick scowled more at their comments, clearly not pleased with it.
"I think we can make it work..... especially since it's just the first day." Lake said, looking away, twirling her thumbs.
"Okay g-guys. Let's just c-calm down. I'm sure we can figure something out to make everyone h-happy." Will stammered
"Bloody hell, I need to speak to that lady who wouldn't shut up. This is unacceptable to expect from a Milton!!" Nick said.
"You do that, we'll get in trouble because of your whining ass..... or you'll be booted automatically.... which would be better." Jake finally spoke, raising his head from his bed.
"Excuse me?" Nick asked, storming over to Jake who didn't move at this action, just staring at him with the same empty gaze as before.
"You're being a whiny bitch. And Kristal clearly didn't like anyone being lippy. She almost threw Yul out. What makes you think she wouldn't do it to you. And no, being a "Milton" doesn't mean you're god's gift to everyone." Jake said as some of the team snickered at this.
"And you know what's good? You look like you haven't seen the sun in months." Nick said as Jake dryly laughed.
"Going for that means you know I'm right on what I said." Jake said as Nick looked baffled at Jake continuing the comments.
"So uh...... Wanna get out of here and get some food?" Rosa suddenly asked Lake as she glanced at Jake and Nick arguing then Ashley who shook her head, leaving. Nick being too much for her.
"Please!" Lake laughed as they left, Grett watching WIll watch the two men fighting not knowing what to do, then Lake and Rosa, smirking.
Confessional: Grett
"So the boys are already a giant steaming hot mess of bullshit. But I can use that to my advantage, and get that girl's alliance. I just need to get Ashley on board, then I'll have complete power going into the merge."
Confessional End
It cut to WIll walking with Ashley as she was enjoying the forest around her as Will looked with amazement.
"Wow this forest is huge! Bigger than it ever looked on TV!" Will said as Ashley chuckled at him.
"Do you come from an urban city?" She asked, putting her hands on her hips, tilting her head a little as Will sheepishly laughed.
"Yeah..... guess that's really really obvious."
"I figured, you look a little intimidated here. And jumpy."
"It's.... a long story.....I am, where i'm from..... it's scary, and I’ve never been to these kind of camps. Especially after last season ended the way it did. What about you? Ever go to camp?"
"Well I live on a farm, it's very similar to this. Also went to a camp as a small cowgal. Believe me, everythin’ will be fine. What’s the worst that could happen?" Ashley laughed.
"That crazy Russian dude attacking us? The food isn't edible at all and we starve to death? A forest fire wiping us all out!?" WIll said as Ashley froze at the last one, before she laughed nervously.
"Don’t overthink it. About the food… even if we don't get good food, that problem's already solved! Look!" Ashley said, pointing up as Will saw an Apple tree.
"Wow... but it's.... uh.... high up. How would we get them?" WIll asked as Asley grinned.
"I’ll go up!" Ashley said as she started climbing fast as he watched in shock.
"Does living on a farm really teach you how to do that?" He asked as Ashley sat on the branch.
"Oh yeah, I taught my siblings to do this, even if my sister hates getting dirty." Ashley laughed as she plucked apple after apple, dropping them down into Will's hands, who was frantically catching them.
"I wish I had your confidence."
"You'll get there." Ashley laughed, picking for another apple.
"Good afternoon." Grett smirked, walking up to the two as Will let out a loud, high pitch scream as he spun around, throwing an apple at her face as she went flying to the ground as Ashley nearly fell out of the tree at this.
"OW! What the fuck!!?" Grett snapped, holding her face as Will looked like a deer in headlights.
"Grett, what’s going on?" Ashley asked as she hopped down next to WIll as she helped Grett up as she scowled at WiIll.
"I actually wanted to talk to you Ashley...... alone." Grett said as WIll looked away as Ashley shook her head.
"Sorry Grett. I don't want to leave Will's side right now. Teaching him some stuff." Ashley smiled as Grett glanced at her, then at Will, seeing how he looked nervous at Ashley and held an annoyed sign in.
"Fine. It can wait, but not too long." Grett said as she walked off.
"That was weird." Ashley said as Will nodded.
"Alright. Let me show you another trick for apples that's a bit more extreme." Ashley said as Will nodded.
He loved her open energy.
Confessional: Grett
"Ugh. That's a clear showmance if I ever saw one. And in that moment you see it, you have to get rid of it, shows like these have power couples. So those two need to be cut off now before it gets worse."
Confessional End
It cut to Rosa and Lake walking with food to the table that was for the Green team as Lake gently brushed some of her hair out of her eyes.
"I'm worried at how..... complicated the team was behind the cabin." Lake admitted as Rosa looked up.
"It can get some getting used to." Rosa said as Lake nodded gently, not replying.
"Well since we're teammates, tell me some stuff about yourself. Like where's your accent from?" Rosa smiled as Lake laughed at finding her energy fun.
"If I have to answer..... Germany! I've lived there my entire life, with my family, actually I'm the youngest of four with my brothers around." Lake smiled, gently picking at her food, Rosa not catching onto that.
"Germany? exciting, ever left it besides for this?" Rosa asked.
Lake paused, thinking before answering what Rosa said.
"Not before that...... but I don't think about that often. It's early to think of that. I'm still a kid...... and even then... not like I could just leave my family…." Lake said as she picked at her food harder.
"Leaving family isn't easy." Rosa sighed, gently touching her necklace. "But sometimes it's for the best if it's not positive. What would stop you if it's you following what you want?"
"Well it's their fame, I'd never escape them. My mother's a famous violinist, and my father's a big nuclear chemist..... my brothers are all doing different stuff too.... making them proud."
"Wow! That's pretty big! But what about you? I find that to be playing stuff."
"What do you mean?"
"Well you gotta think this through. You came onto this show for a reason, right? I wanna know about you, not your family! Your hobbies, your passions, your dreams!" Rosa said as Lake looked on in surprise at the fire Rosa gave.
I...... maybe.... possibly… uh....... I just want to have a fun break before boarding school. Get it out of my system. I don't have any other hobbies besides writing, and even then I wouldn't say it's a hobby, more of just a silly thing for a few minute break, my parents want me to prioritize my grades. So I want to focus on that."
"And what about your happiness? What YOU want matters too, not just what...... Ay, mierda! That was too much. I'm sorry." Rosa said as she said that, Lake letting out a soft laugh.
"No, it's OK! I'm just not used to someone asking about me. So I'm happy you'd be so excited to ask me stuff."
"I'd gladly will. I'm here for you, Lake." Rosa gently smiled as Lake returned it before her eyes brightened.
"DId you interact with the other team at all on the bus?"
"Techniaclly. You?"
"Ugh.Yul."
"Tell me more!" Rosa grinned, hiding the feeling of smacking herself for her comment.
Confessional: Rosa
"No puedo creer que haya dicho eso. I need to get a filter before my opinions bite me in the ass..... again!"
Confessional End
"Attention Campters! Challenge time! Meet me at the mess hall for your first challenge!" Kristal announced.
It cut to the Mess hall as the fourteen players sat at their team tables as Kristal walked in.
"Hello everyone! Hope your team bonding has been going well." Kristal said.
"The cabins are filthy." Nick said as his team gave him annoyed looks.
"Hey, it was that or sleep on the ground with tents, any more lip from you, and your team won't be happy." Kristal said.
"Serosuly, you choose to be here, at least try and have some balls." Grett said as Nick sat down with a scowl.
"I want to bring up a complaint. Why do we have to deal with the child?!" Yul asked.
"How the teams were formed, and again, it doesn't matter with this, because today's challenge isn't about your size, it's about how picky of an eater you are!" Kristal grinned as she snapped her fingers as a kart was pushed out, silver domes on them.
"Oh god......what's this one?" Aiden gulped.
"Simple! We're starting with a bang! And by doing so, BOTH teams are up for elimination tonight." Kristal smirked.
As everyone started yelling at Kristal, she blew an air horn, getting them to shut up.
"That's not where the good part comes in, because today's challenge is a fun food eating competition! We'll have three rounds. By the end of each round, the two players from each team who finish last, are out. The last player standing on each team is immune from the vote tonight!" Kristal said as everyone seemed to brighten up a little.
"How gross is it? I've seen stuff like this before." Jake mumbled boredly, as Kristal chuckled.
"Not that bad. But you better not eat too slowly..... or you'll risk being in danger..... and if you throw up, you're automatically out. Any other questions?" Kristal asked.
She could see the different reactions.
Aiden looked worried as did Fiore, Yul and Grett were annoyed, Will looked more scared then anything.
Everyone else was more ready at least.
That makes this even better when they fail.
"Perfect. I'll give you all a few minutes.... and no helping anybody else." Krsital grinned as the nerves got to some people now.
Confessional: Lake
"An eating challenge to start off? I guess I shouldn't be surprised.... but I don't think I'll be winning the sole immunity with this one.”
Confessional End
"First round! We're gonna go easy on you all!" Kristal said as the lids were removed, revealing plates with broccoli stocks on them.
"broccoli? Really?" Ashley chuckled.
"broccoli?! NO!" Fiore cried out, startling most of the players at how loud it was!
"Look, I'd love your banter more, but seeing you all sweat now is better. So your time to start eating begins..... now!" Kristal grinned.
"Aww the little gremlin doesn't like having to eat something healthy? Guess we know who the fishbait is." Yul smirked as he bit into the broccoli, before his eyes shot open as he suddenly threw up as the taste hit him.
"Why the fuck is this crap?!" Yul gagged as everyone stared in shock.
"Can we not use that language in front of a child, show some consideration and be a good example." Connor grumbled as Yul glared at him.
"Bit me, gramps."
"Not sure what your issue was, it tasted fine to me." Lill said as she finished her plate.
Yul opened his mouth to respond, but just glared, crossing his arms, not wanting to piss the bag of bones more.
"I went on a month-long vegetarian binge, this is nothing." James chuckled as Aiden raised a brow.
"A challenge for social media?"
"Pretty much. Was a fun experiment." James said as Aiden ate more of the broccoli.
"This makes me miss my family's meals." Riya sighed as Connor glanced over as he was eating his plate. Seeing how she quietly sighed.
It cut to the Green team as they were quietly eating the Broccoli as Will glanced up.
"I'm uh.............. not gonna jinx it." Will said as he finished his plate as Ashley chuckled.
"Knowing them, they have it planned already. But smart not to just say something." Ashley nodded, finishing her plate too, not finding it hard to eat this round.
"Well I think we know who's not moving on." Grett smirked at seeing Lake and Nick not eating, while her, Rosa and Jake were halfway done.
"You okay chica?" Rosa asked Lake gently at seeing this as Lake smiled.
"Yeah, just not hungry." Lake said as Rosa gave her a confused look, she didn't eat much before, so this confused her more than anything.
Rosa stayed quiet as she kept eating, Lake turning to look at her, surprised at not getting a response, but turned to watch as Grett finished eating her plate, smirking as she saw Nick not even looking at anyone as Lake felt worried at what Grett was scheming up suddenly.
"How'd you eat so easily?" Jake asked as Ashley smiled.
"We grow crops, sometimes we eat them after cleaning them if you can eat it raw, like this or lettuce. Even carrots." Ashley said as Lake and Will looked over, interested.
"Sounds like you were ready for this." Jake said as Ashley laughed.
"My family loved season one, so getting casted here was perfect. My folks were worried about the challenges being worse, but so far, this one is less concerning than others." Ashley smiled.
"Better you know then coming here not knowing." Grett shrugged.
"Piss off." Nick grumbled, knowing it was directed at him.
"Careful, that mouth of yours will be an issue for us." Grett said.
"I don't think you should be pushing buttons like that." Lake said as Rosa finished eating.
"Just saying what we're all thinking." Grett shrugged.
Ashley looked unamused at her saying this while Will didn't respond, Lake also glanced at Rosa as Jake looked up.
"To be fair, she is right. Are you really not gonna eat any? This is the simplest thing to do." Jake asked, he was about done as Nick looked at him, scowling.
"A Milton would never eat something so basic that the common folk eat." Nick said.
"Yeah, you waste money on fancy shit no one but you're ass loves to eat." Grett said as Nick glared at her.
"We're a team in paradise." Jake rolled his eyes at Grett's comments to Nick as he finished the broccoli as Grett smirked, she was getting him super heated.
"And Nick and Lake are the last two on the Green team. Meaning both are out." Kristal smirked, Lake sighing at hearing this as Rosa frowned.
Confessional: Rosa
"Lake didn't eat at all before the challenge. So it wasn't an issue of her eating too much before...... something's going on with her and.... stop Rosa! You need to not let your mouth get going!"
Confessional End
It moved back to Orange as Connor finished his plate too, leaving Fiore, AIden, RIya and Yul left as Lill smiled at Fiore, trying to help her eat...... since she was refusing to eat even a single piece.
"Fiore, come on, you can do it. It's good for you. Don't you want a chance at immunity." Lill gently said as Fiore moved her head back, shaking it and shoving the broccoli away/.
"NO! I won't eat it!" Fiore whined out as Lill looked confused and worried slightly..
"Why do you hate it?" Lill asked gently as Fiore pouted, eyes sparkling as she looked up at Lill.
"My.... parents punish me by making me eat it..... So I never got a chance to like it." Fiore said, a tiny whimper coming out as Connor chuckled.
"We're all been picky eaters at one point Kiddo. All about trying it still and being strong to do it." Connor offered advice as Fiore shook her head.
"I have a weak stomach for stuff like this, but also, eating it means they win! And I won't let that happen!" She said as she threw the plate off the table, it shattered into tiny pieces as a horn went off.
"And Aiden and Riya finish for Orange, Fiore and Yul are out." Kristal said as Yul scowled at her, Fiore looking at the table with a pout.
Confessional: Fiore
"I don't need to win........ they would be silly for picking Yul over me........ right?"
Confessional End
"Alright! You're next round, we're upping the ante. You're all eating..... unidentified Grul! You may start.... now!" Kristal grinned as the domes were revealed, showing bowls of some kind of soup with chunks of something in it as the remaining ten looked in disgust.
"Ugh..... This is worse than some of the film set foods I've had.... and those weren't positive ones." Riya said as she unamusingly held up her spoon as Connor looked at her, slightly confused.
"That..... doesn't look good for you." Fiore suddenly said, as she glanced at Lill, who was already eating it as Connor stomached some.
"It is, you should eat it...... hopefully it has some kind of poison;" Yul smirked as James chuckled, getting that on recording as he started doing a tiktok, Aiden weakly holding up a spoon as he laughed.
"It's cool. This is uh.... what I signed up for." He said as he almost gagged as he ate some of the gruel.
"You gotta learn to eat what you can. That's a survival tip you learn." Lill said at some point as Connor ate more, surprising most of the team.
"What can I say? I've learned tricks." Connor chuckled as Yul crossed his arms, but stayed quiet as Fiore seemed happy at how annoyed he was.
"Try plugging your nose." Lill offered gently to Aiden as he nodded, and started to eat more at doing this.
At this rate, it was gonna be a three way battle for who was moving on.
It cut to the Green team as Will stared in fear at the soupley mess in front of him. as he glanced around.
Rosa's cheeks puffed every few spoonfuls, but she was at least getting a dent in it.
Grett and Jake were slower as Lake quietly watched Rosa as she was eating. Rosa smiling occasionally at her.
"How..... are we meant to eat this?" Will asked, looking at Ashley who surprised him by drinking from the bowl, it looked really gross not affecting her as Nick looked grossed out at this.
"How the hell are you doing that?" He asked.
"We have to try new things on my farm, so this isn't bad at all." Ashley smiled, as she went back to drinking.
Will raised his spoon, hand shaking as he tried it and almost spat it out, coughing hard.
"You've never done something like this before?" Jake asked as WIll nodded, seeing Jake going slower than the girls.
"I guess I'm not winning." He sighed as Lake gave a soft smile.
"We all take time getting to the point of getting over obstacles." Lake said as Ashley sat her bowl down, done now.
"She's right. It's never wrong to make mistakes, have flaws, not be perfect. But we just focus on improving." Ashley smiled as Jake glanced over as Rosa almost threw up, but managed to finish what was left as she gagged a little.
"Even if it's not a win here, you'll get better." Lake agreed as Nick scowled more.
"This isn't anywhere what I thought it was, and the food? Easily a negative five out of ten." Nick said as Grett went to say something, but paused at Jake opening his mouth.
"You didn't eat Broccoli, you don't get to say otherwise." Jake said.
"It's a free place to speak my mind." Nick scowled.
"Don't whine, it'll wear out fast for us." Grett dryly smirked as Nick rolled his eyes as Jake raised a brow.
"I mean if this is the food she's got us, she must have wasted the budget on make up and clothing I should be allowed to whine." Nick said as Krsital's gaze shot right at him, glaring holes into his head.
"Seriously. Watch it buster. You're pushing it." Kristal said as a lot of the team looked at NIck annoted, who missed the looks he was getting as a bowl was suddenly sat down as Kristal grinned.
"And Grett finishes, her, Rosa and Ashley are in the final round!" Kristal announced as WIll sighed weakly, Ashley patting his back as he smiled gently, as she gave Nick an unamused look.
"Eh. I tried." Jake shrugged as boredly sat his bowl down.
As Nick glared at Grett, He continued, missing how annoyed he was slowly making the team with his bitching.
Confessional: Ashley
"Seriously, who joins a show like this and thinks it's gonna be a luxury vacation? Did he not see season one? That man's gonna cause us trouble."
Confessional End
It cut back to the Orange team as Riya groaned as she stirred the gruel.
"I don't think I can finish this." Riya said as she saw Aiden still holding his nose to get it down, but also struggled with finishing it as James was doing some kind of video as he kept eating.
"Try eating in smaller doses, it will help your taste buds." Lill smiled as Riya sighed as she tried doing this.
"I can't believe you're listening to the boney troop leader." Yul said as most of the team glared at him.
"She's super wise." Fiore beamed as he scowled at her.
"Just be quiet and let me try and eat this crud." Riya gagged as she got some more down as she sighed miserably.
"It's a different taste, it just takes time." Connor said.
Before she could respond she heard an air horn go off suddenly.
"And James finishes meaning He, Lill and Connor move on to the final round for Orange!" Kristal announced as Riya sighed.
"Hey, you'll kill it next time." He said as Riya smiled at him saying this as Aiden glanced at them before looking at James.
"Try your hardest. It's better if you can win." Aiden mumbled as Jamed nodded with a smirk.
"I got it." He said as the two saw Lill glaring at Yul now after he said something to Fiore Lill didn't like..... again.
Confessional: Aiden
"I want him gone.... but I have a theory about this challenge."
Confessional End
"Alright! Ashley, Rosa, Grett, James, Connor and Lill, the final challenge for you all..... is raw fish!" Kristal said as they all saw on their plates a piece of raw fish as Lill looked worried.
"You scaled and froze it right?"
"Of course. I was told by the medical expert here to do that. It's already gonna be tough to eat anyway." Kristal said as the players not in anymore looked like they were gonna throw up.
"That's uh..... concerning the smell." Lake said, holding in a gag as Nick scooted away.
"I've had fish.... but never raw." Ashley laughed nervously as she heard Rosa gag as Grett scooted her plate away.
"How would people eat this?" Nick asked.
"Well if you're camping." Jake blankly said.
"Yeah, but that's cooked, because of bacteria and such, if you wanted raw, it would need to be frozen." Lake said as Jake rosa a brow, curious as Lake laughed a little.
"Just sharing what I know." She said as Rosa tried to take a bite, but shook her head as she groaned.
"The smell is a punch to the face." She said as Nick scoffed.
"Is this the best she got? The host must not have a budget at all." Nick scowled.
"It's the first challenge." Jake Blankley said.
"Have you seen her father's show? He has a bigger budget than this!" Nick said, missing the glare Kristal sent him.
"That's it! Green team, you're getting a penalty in the next challenge." Kristal snapped, making the orange team jump slightly at hearing this.
"What? How's that fair?" Ashley asked.
"You're as strong as your weakest team member." Krsital said as the Green team glared at Nick who at least realized he fucked up.
Confessional: Nick
"Oh piss."
Confessional End
As Rosa tried again and gagged, Lake saw Grett wasn't trying with this one as Ashley moved her plate closer.
She was trying to hype herself up.
"Okay...... all about just going for it." Ashley said as Jake and Will turned to her as she sighed, before shoving the fish in her mouth and covering it, trying her hardest not to spit it out as Rosa bit into hers again, it was a race between the two girls now on who could finish faster.
Grett smirked, seeing how nervous Nick looked, realizing now how badly he fucked up by pushing it to hard. And it was too late now.
"So if I'm picky, how would I eat this?" Fiore asked Connor and Lill, eyes sparkling as the two glanced at each other worriedly.
"Uh..... I guess we just uh.... push it down and eat it." Connor chuckled nervously as Lill nodded.
"It must be hard if she's a guppy in a pond." Yul smirked as Lill rolled her eyes.
"If you're not gonna be nice, could you just.... not talk?" Riya asked, Yul glaring as he looked at James for help, who was busy shooting another Tiktok of the raw fish.
"Really? You're filming that?" Aiden chuckled gently.
"It gets views!~" James winked as he raised the fish up and jerked his head back in shock at the smell as Aiden chuckled at this.
"I had cooked fish, but never had raw fish." Connor said.
"Same." Lill smiled gently.
"It smells really bad." Fiore covered her nose as she pushed Lill's plate closer to Lill.
"Some food has that. It's about eating it. And that's sometimes hard too." RIya chuckled as Fiore pouted at this answer.
"Ugh. This is.... not good at all." James almost threw up as he took a bite as Aiden shook his head with a laugh.
"That's how it was last round." Aiden shrugged.
"Aww, can't stomach basic soup?" Yul smirked.
"Better than you with Brocolli." Aiden said as the others held their laughter in as Yul glared at Aiden.
"Alright.... I can do this." Connor said, eating some of the fish as his cheeks puffed up as Lill started eating hers.
"If I want to win.... I have to try..... if not, meh." James shrugged before starting to eat some, wincing as he chewed.
"Does it taste that bad?" Riya asked as Connor chuckled.
"Yeah.... not as bad tasting, but still. I think this might be it for me." He said as Lill was eating more.
"I hope that smell doesn't stay, it'll make eating later stuff hard." Fiore said as Connor patted her head gently.
"Don't worry kiddo. I think we'll be fine with how this will go." Connor chuckled as he tried to eat more, but saw Lill was eating faster and James wasn't even trying.
Aiden looked impressed, while Yul was annoyed at Lill being the clear winner as Riya smiled at how annoyed he was.
As Lill finished the fish, a horn went off as everyone looked over at Kristal who was grinning.
"And with that, Ashley and Lill are the winners of today's challenge, being safe from the team votes tonight. That means the rest of the Green and Orange teams are up for elimination. You all have one hour to think on who you want to get. You can vote for anyone you have issues with. You're the weakest physical player, or the one you think is the overall weakest. It's your choice. But just an hour." Kristal smirked as the twelve non winners glanced at each other with some worry.
All were thinking the same thing.
Who would be ax'd tonight, and how would they get the votes to pull something like that off.
Confessional: Jake
"It's obvious who's going...... or else we're fucked....... eh. Two choices."
Confessional Change: Lake
"I know who I have to go for tonight..... I came here to not deal with stuff like this."
Confessional Change: Yul
"Ugh. This is gonna be a headache, the skeleton, gramps, bollywood and the gremlin already hate me....... hopefully James can do something. He's tollible."
Confessional Change: Fiore
"First elimination already............ To be honest, I hope it's Yul. He reminds me of my dad at times with his anger and..... words."
Confessional End
It cut to the Green team as they sat outside the cabin as the silence between the seven was there before Grett spoke up.
"If we have to pick someone, I think it should be Nick." Grett said as Nick scowled at her.
"Piss off! I didn't suck any harder than a giant here." Nick said as Lake looked up, surprised and hurt at how blunt it was as Rosa glared at him.
"She doesn't whine about everything, or puts us a disadvantage because you have to be a mouthy ass." Jake blankly said.
"She had it out for us. Not my fault she couldn't handle someone telling her the truth." Nick said.
"Not when she warned us before that the comments would lead to something." Lake said, crossing her arms as Rosa nodded.
"You run your mouth without thinking." Rosa said as Nick scowled even more.
"You blokes want them to decide who goes?" Nick asked.
"Yes." Jake said coldly.
"Well... if it's the majority... not much I can do." Will weakly said as Nick scoffed.
"You're all bloody fools then." Nick snapped, storming off as the others watched him do this before Jake sighed.
"Well if it's obvious how we're voting...... then I'm going off until the vote." Jake said, as he walked off, glancing at the ground.
Everyone caught the mood he gave off.
"I'll.... make sure he's okay." Will said as he walked off after Jake, leaving the girls alone as Grett smirked more.
"Listen up girls. Now I can be honest. I want Will." Grett said as Ashley held a gasp in as Rosa and Lake glanced at each other.
"Why him?" Rosa asked.
"We don't need him when he's jumping at everything. We keep him in the game, he'll do nothing but slow us down and make us lose." Grett said as Lake narrowed her eyes at Grett behind her back.
"And Nick's not gonna do that?" Ashley asked as Grett smirked.
"He's easier to drop whenever. Will isn't." Grett said.
"And you're not being petty with the apple?" Ashley asked as Gret looked unamused.
"I still am pissed at that, but I'm thinking smart. We need to drop the deadweight before we lose because of it." Grett said.
"I agree." Lake said as Rosa and Ashley looked at her surprised as Grett smirked.
"Glad we agree then. We stick together, we'll be unstoppable" Grett said, walking off.
"Lake. Are you really thinking about..... what's your plan?" Rosa asked at seeing Lake's expression stayed the same, both her and Ashley catching onto what she was thinking.
Even if it meant dealing with Nick for slightly longer, they all felt this choice was the right one tonight.
Confessional: Grett
"And just like that, the game is fully set up. Will's gone, then Nick and Jake after him. This girl's alliance is perfect. Numbers and as long as I fly under the radar, I won't have to worry about the other team until closer to merging."
Confessional End
It cut to the Orange team as they were walking back to the cabin as Yul scowled at Fiore before suddenly opening his mouth.
"So we're voting off the little gremlin?" He said as Riya and Lill looked at him annoyed while Connor sighed as Fiore looked hurt.
"What did I do?!" Fiore asked.
"You refused to eat broccoli. We don't need nor want dead weight like you around!" Yul said as he glared at her.
"That's enough Yul!" Connor turned suddenly as Aiden and James quietly watched, surprised (and James amused) at this as Fiore ran off towards the cabins as Lill looked more angry now.
"Talking to a child like that for a challenge everyone got out in is vile. And if you think we'd side with you, you're mistaken." Lill said as she stormed off as Yul rolled his eyes.
"Everyone's sensitive." Yul said as Aiden rolled his eyes, walking away as James followed.
"Aiden." James said as Aiden stopped, glancing back.
"What?"
"I want you to try and convince Lill to go for Fiore over Yul." James said as Aiden looked at James shocked.
"Why?!"
"He's a better meat shield than Fiore. She's not gonna do well at the game. We need to be smart. We lose Yul now, then it's us vs the others, and that's not something we want."
"You want me to vote with Yul." Aiden scowled.
"If you want to actually have a chance at surviving longer than three eliminations. It's the best way to last a while to find an advantage or an idol."
"You did you're reserch." Aiden said.
"Someone has to know what's going on." James said as Aiden sighed.
"No promises." He said as James nodded.
"Better to try then to lie down and just lose"
Confessional: Aiden
"I think there is something going on with this..... shit, James might be right to go for Fiore.... sadly."
Confessional End
It cut to Lill as she looked at Aiden as he explained it to her.
"You want me to keep Yul in?" She asked, confusion more than anything as Aiden sighed.
"Look, between you and me, I saw last season, and the first boot was a team swap. I think she's doing it again."
"And why would doing this work?"
"An easy first boot for us after. Trust me..... I'd rather do it now, but if it's actually gonna be what I think.... I think it's the better choice."
"And if you're wrong? Because this is asking for a big, big ask."
"............ I'd nominate myself next time we lose if i'm wrong."
"You're serious about this." Lill looked away.
"To win, we have to make hard or smart game moves. This one is risky, but with this, we could get someone that goes with Yul." Aifden said as Lill tapped her chin.
"I still don't agree with the idea..... but i'll consider it if it means you're right."
"That's all I ask." Aiden sighed gently as Lill nodded.
She just had to think now.
Confessional: Lill
"I need to decide now...... go with the more moral choice..... or go for the more bad choice.... but gamble on what Aiden said......... I want to be a role model.... but is this choice the right thing to do?"
Confessional End
It cut to the team banners as it showed all fourteen campers sitting by the fire..... with stumps added for everyone as Krisatal walked up to them smirking.
"Welcome to the elimination area. Considering you've most likely seen season one, I don't think I have to explain what to do BUT...... you'll all take turns going down the walkway to the voting urn, and write the name of which one of your teammates you want to eliminate. You can only vote for one of your own teammates, not anyone on the other team. Take as much time as needed, but once you put the paper in, it's final....now everyone.... get voting!" Kristal grinned at the campers. Each one looking around on edge with who was voting for who.
It showed Lake writing her vote, looking a bit hesitant as she did.
Jake boredly wrote his vote down.
Ashley scribbled hers without second thought.
Grett wrote her vote down, smirking.
Nick boredly wrote his vote down.
Will sighed gently as he voted.
Rosa tapped her chin before voting.
Connor wrote a name, looking unamused.
Riya seemed conflicted as she voted.
Lill wrote a name down looking ashamed.
Fiore wrote her vote, holding back her excitement.
Yul grinned wickedly as he placed his vote in the urn.
Aiden seemed hesitant before voting.
James raised a brow before voting.
A few minutes later
"Alright. Both teams have voted..... once I read the votes, the decision is final.... And I would mention an idol.... but there aren't any yet. So...... We'll start with the Green team. Hopefully you made good first impressions." Kristal said as she pulled out a paper. before flipping it around.
"First vote. Will."
Will's eyes went wide at this.
"Grett."
Grett's smirk disappeared suddenly upon hearing her name.
"Grett."
Grett glanced at the girls, seeing Lake and Rosa not looking at her in the eyes.
God damnit.
"Grett. Three votes Grett. One vote Will....... Person voted out from the Green team....."
Nick smirked at Jake who kept blankly watching as Ashley gave Will a gentle thumbs up. Like she promised.
Grett scowled, bitches flipped like idiots.
"Grett. That's four votes. More than enough." Kristal said as Grett stood up, glaring at her "former" team.
"You really choose to keep the scary cat and the rich nit?!" Grett snapped, getting Ashley to roll her eyes.
"I'd rather have that than your bitchy ass." She shrugged.
"It was more about the team's overall synergy for me." Lake quietly said as Rosa also looked unamused.
"When you act like a Pendeja from the very start, don't be surprised when people don't like seeing that, first impressions on anyone are important." Rosa added, Ashley nodding.
"Enjoy losing with that worthless load. Compared to them, the other team won't break a sweat." Grett said as she stood up to leave, before Krsital stopped her as she walked by.
"Just a moment Grett. I need you to wait..... for the Orange Team's vote!" Krsital smirked.
"Why should I waste my time with that?"
"You don't want the surprise then go ahead and leave." Kristal deadpenned as Grett scowled more.
"Fine." Grett said as Krsital looked back at the Orange team who had been quiet through the boot as Kristal grinned.
"Alright, now for the Orange team.... first vote..... Yul."
Yul rolled his eyes at this.
"Yul."
Connor smirked at Yul.
"Fiore."
Fiore's eyes went wide at this, playing along.
"Fiore. Two votes for Fiore, two votes for Yul."
Aiden crossed his arms, looking away, he was feeling guilty now.
"Fiore."
Riya raised an eyebrow at this, confused suddenly.
"Yul. We’re tied, three votes Yul, three votes Fiore. One vote left."
James kept watching, glancing down at his phone every few seconds.
"Orange team's eliminated player is......"
Yul glared at Kristal waiting.
Fiore looked more upset, hands to her chest.
Connor glanced at Riya, then at James and Aiden.
Riya stared at Yul unamused at the K-pop dancer's attitude
Aiden didn't look anyone in the eyes..... hoping his theory was right or he did an ass move.
James solely pulled out his phone wanting to film the reaction to everything.
Lill looked down, not liking what she did, but she had to.
"Fiore. Four votes is enough."
"Ha! Suck it you little gremlin." Yul smirked evilly at hearing she was out.
"Okay Yul, enough." Connor snapped as Yull rolled his eyes.
"Shut it, Gramps!"
"Aww......but, I was so excited to play." Fiore suddenly interrupted, looking down sadly, eyes sparkling as she held back tears.
"I'm sorry Fiore......." Lill said, looking down as Aiden and James looked at each other.
Aiden was hoping he was right about what he was thinking would happen as Fiore gently stood up.
"It.... was nice meeting you all." She said, gently running her hands down her hair, seeing Riya and Connor weren't happy, and Lill and Aiden at least looked sad to see how upset she was.
"Well sorry to ruin anyone's parade. But Fiore and Grett aren't out of the game...... Grett, you're on orange now. Fiore, you're now on Green!" Kristal announced.
"Really!? Yippee!" Fiore suddenly cheered as she ran over to the Green team, getting mostly warm smiles from the team while Grett saw who was on Orange and wanted to mentally scream.
"This was the surprise?!" Grett asked.
"Yep, take it or go to the bus stop." Kristal smirked.
"Great....." Grett scowled as Kristal continued smirking.
“Let tonight be a lesson for all of you, about how important first impressions can be, and what having a bad one could do for you. The next boot could be you going home, and it can be for any reason, being a downer on your team, or considered the weakest or most problematic.... so be careful. Your first immunity challenge is tomorrow. Sleep well" Kristal smirked, walking away as everyone glanced at one another.
"Uh..... Hi." Fiore smiled shyly as she looked at the team.
"Howdy Fiore, welcome to the Green team!" Ashley smiled as Lake nodded.
"We're happy to have you." Lake said.
"I.... hope I don't drag you all down."
"You won't." Jake chuckled, seeing how nervous she was.
"Jake's right, we're only getting stronger." WIll smiled nervously as Rosa nodded.
“We’ll make sure you’re given nothing but warmth.” She gently said.
As Grett heard the Green team welcome the new member, she glanced at her new team.
"Ugh. Got rid of the child, just to get some cow in exchange." Yul scowled.
"I'm not dealing with this." Grett said as she sat by Riya who at least offered a smile.
"Welcome." She said, with a small smile, as Grett at least seemed a tiny bit more warm to this.
"Thank you."
Seeing James smirking as he filled Yul’s ranting about the new member and Fiore not being out made Grett want to groan in annoyance.
At least Aiden, Connor and Lill weren't as headache inducing as Yul was…. But with her showing tonight….. She might need him now.
Confessional: Grett
"So I go from a so-called girl's alliance to the team with the social media dolt, the old man, the scout lady and the guy that can't shut up! Wonderful. Already loving this!"
Confessional Change: Fiore
The seven year old sniffed gently, trying to force a sad smile on her face.
"I'm gonna miss the orange team..... I was so excited to play with them too, but.......it's a sad thing you idiots decided to keep Yul over me."
As she flipped some of her hair behind her shoulder, her innocent look quickly vanished as she grinned mischievously.
"Becuase now i'm your problem.... and when i'm done with the Green team..... no one from Orange will win. I'll make sure of that! The game's just starting!"
Confessional End
