It wasn't often that he thought about how much Pointner's touch relaxed him, but when that realization came, he just wanted to close his eyes and enjoy it. Thomas could often lie on the bed in the room and miss home. It became much easier for him when Villach appeared on the ski jumping calendar. He had the opportunity to meet his family at least more often than once half of the year. Pointner really was the one who comforted this feeling of family loneliness, his strong hands and firm words brought him back where he feels good. He was from Tyrol, Thomas was from Carinthia but it felt like Alex was just an old man from his neighborhood. Quite a good old man, to be honest.
