AIRUS (HOYER) THE AIRHORN
Trans man || He/him || 27 y/o || 6’1 || Pansexual
[Although Airus may look like a brute, don't judge a book by its cover! This airhorn is a loud toon with rough-looking edges that are actually soft to the touch. He stands up for what he thinks is right and encourages others to do the same.]
Airus was originally from a different company. He starred in PSAs about advocacy and protests because around the 1980s, there were a lot of movements. Then, Gardenview took the rights of him and made him into an actual toon. Along with integrating him into the show.
He's used to emphasize that everyone has a voice and they can use it. Make it loud and heard. In both the show and reality, he isn't afraid to speak his opinion. Even if there is a majority agreement. In episodes where he appears, Airus is usually the first one to take initiative. He speaks up for more shy/timid toons, but also encourages them to speak up as well. However, his persistence and stubbornness sometimes leads to conflicts.
Airus looks and sounds intimidating. At first, toons expected him to be a Shrimpo 2.0. However, he's far from it. At best, his straightforwardness can seem rude, he sees swears as just any other word, and he has anger issues somewhat, but Airus is typically angry for other people. Those who have been wronged. He really hates intimidating toons on accident.
Fun fact, he's Scottish. The reason for my decision is because of Gordon Ramsay. Yes. Gordon Ramsay. You'll see why eventually.
